This is why I dislike Starbucks...I just wanted a black coffee, there was only 1 person ahead of me when I walked in - 10 minutes later I walked out without a coffee. Only 1-person working - she made 3 elaborate cold drinks for people who weren't there; then took care of the person ahead of me; then made 2 or 3 more cold drinks for other people who weren't there; then someone stopped by to pickup one of the finished drinks - they start having a conversation - I walked out after listening to approx 1 minute of their conversation. They were still talking when I left. Not worth the wait - will get my coffee at Weigels just down the road from now on.

I had the worst experience and the rudest workers there. One girl took my order then walked off out of the store. The other girl let me stand there for 15 minutes before she asked what I was waiting on. Then preceded to berate me about how I should’ve asked if they were making my drink. I thought I did that when I ordered. I haven’t been back to Starbucks and never will. Dunkin for life now.

I've never had a nicer bunch of kids serve me before. I only say kids because I'm old. 😉 They wait on me with smiles, listen carefully to my order, ask me if it's ok, and wish me a great day.

The girls who work there are all so beyond great. When I tell you I sit there for so long trying to decide and i’m met with patience and advice on what would be good in my drink because i always like adding flavors and cold foam etc. ( they’re always right on what taste the best) My drinks are out within minutes and always SO GOOD. Every time I get my usual drink ( Iced matcha latte with sweet cream and milk with sweet cream chai cold foam) i always say “ this is definitely the best one i’ve had” and i catch myself saying it every time I order.

WORST customer service I've ever seen in a starbucks establishment.. they look and sound miserable. Horrible attitudes. Drinks are awful every time as well. Might need to go through training again or actually read/care what is told to put into the drinks. I'm a traveler so I visit a lot of starbucks places and I'm unhappy every time I leave this particular place. Very unsatisfied!!! I pass Krogers starbucks everyday just to go to food city's! Horrible place.

Baristas act like they hate their job... probably should hire someone who acts like they enjoy it. I'm sure there's someone out there that WOULD!! Monotoned hateful got the order wrong. Each time we visit.20 bucks down the drain each time.

I don’t usually leave reviews if I can’t say anything nice but I thoroughly did not enjoy my experience here. Don’t waste your time. Staff looks like they are miserable and do not interact with customers, EXCEPT for one sweet woman who happened to be sweeping the floor who was interactive and kind at the end of my visit. The two girls making drinks had terrible customer service. They also made someone’s mobile order iced when it should have been hot while I was there (and it wasn’t busy). They did not offer to fix it and walked away snickering at her to stand in the corner. Customer was very gracious about it anyway. Definitely recommend Bloom Coffee in town over Kroger Starbucks if you want to benefit local families/economy and have a pleasant experience to start your morning.

This has been my go-to breakfast spot for several years while living in Crossville (just moved away), and I’ve always had great experiences! Shannon has always gone out of her way to be kind to me, to make sure my drinks are decaf—doctor’s orders—and to spend time chatting when there isn’t a wait. Truly going to miss this morning tradition!

Stopped in with my husband the other day, didn't know what I wanted but the beautiful girl with pink hair helped us out so much. Made my coffee with perfection! I can't wait to come back again soon just to see them! Class act! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m starting to think it must be me. Ordered twice this week. Twice wrong. Grande sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk…. Not too complicated… first time I received a mocha… tag had my name on the cup and correct description. Yesterday I ended up with a vanilla chai tea latte. Same thing…. Tag on the cup had everything correct. also when I opened the container I found two Kroger tea bags? Over six dollars for a coffee and then the orders are wrong. Come on now.
