Baristas act like they hate their job... probably should hire someone who acts like they enjoy it. I'm sure there's someone out there that WOULD!! Monotoned hateful got the order wrong. Each time we visit.20 bucks down the drain each time.

I don’t usually leave reviews if I can’t say anything nice but I thoroughly did not enjoy my experience here. Don’t waste your time. Staff looks like they are miserable and do not interact with customers, EXCEPT for one sweet woman who happened to be sweeping the floor who was interactive and kind at the end of my visit. The two girls making drinks had terrible customer service. They also made someone’s mobile order iced when it should have been hot while I was there (and it wasn’t busy). They did not offer to fix it and walked away snickering at her to stand in the corner. Customer was very gracious about it anyway. Definitely recommend Bloom Coffee in town over Kroger Starbucks if you want to benefit local families/economy and have a pleasant experience to start your morning.

This has been my go-to breakfast spot for several years while living in Crossville (just moved away), and I’ve always had great experiences! Shannon has always gone out of her way to be kind to me, to make sure my drinks are decaf—doctor’s orders—and to spend time chatting when there isn’t a wait. Truly going to miss this morning tradition!

Stopped in with my husband the other day, didn't know what I wanted but the beautiful girl with pink hair helped us out so much. Made my coffee with perfection! I can't wait to come back again soon just to see them! Class act! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m starting to think it must be me. Ordered twice this week. Twice wrong. Grande sugar free vanilla latte with almond milk…. Not too complicated… first time I received a mocha… tag had my name on the cup and correct description. Yesterday I ended up with a vanilla chai tea latte. Same thing…. Tag on the cup had everything correct. also when I opened the container I found two Kroger tea bags? Over six dollars for a coffee and then the orders are wrong. Come on now.

It's Starbucks, nothing super special. This location is inside of Kroger and can be fairly busy. The staff I have encountered are not the most pleasant. Don't expect any small talk.

The lady with the magical pink hair was fantastic. Not only did she know the way to make a great drink... mine. But she also suggested a very interesting way to make it more amazing... only she could have thought to infuse the milk with vanilla. If you see her there you have to stop even if you didn't want a drink. You won't regret it.

They look cranky like they hate their life. Don’t smile. Don’t talk. Rude got order wrong. They didn’t even offer to fix it just said “sorry” In a rude tone and ignored us. One of the girls had red hair. This was on March 2nd 3:31pm. Highly recommend you get rid of these girls they are terrible. Definitely won’t not want them working for me.

I only leave reviews when it’s really bad. I didn’t catch the employees name , but she always has a bluetooth headset on when I’m passing by. I have visited Starbucks in krogers 3 times (the only Starbucks I’ve been too) every time I go the manager is very rude, this is the 3rd time with bad service in a 2 year span so I will say something. The first time while I was ordering she interrupted me to discipline the employee taking my order. The past 2 times I’ve come to order a drink while I’m waiting she will tell me she has 10 drinks ahead of me and it’s going to be a wait. I tell her it’s not a problem and she treats me like it’s an inconvenience. I will return to get her name so I can report this to her boss. Very bad manager
