This location has fast and friendly customer service. We are in and out of the store to run errands. We've been several times and our coffee has been great . Sorry can't comment on the food. Terrible service and manners from the employee working the register. I came in (after driving two hours to Crossville) to use my birthday reward coupon Starbucks gave me for a free drink. The coupon is only good for the day of your birthday, so it had to be used today. He told me that he couldn’t accept the coupon on the app and made no efforts to accommodate. He was also very rude to me. I will be reaching out to Starbucks corporate.

I'm not usually a coffee person but I absolutely love Starbucks cold mixed drinks!! Nice & cold, fresh & fruity! Always made with a smile, quickly and made exactly as you order it. Nice variety of sizes to choose from that are all priced accordingly. And they make awesome HOT CHOCOLATE that is amazing!! They have a nice selection of merchandise for sale which is great to keep for yourself and perfect when you need a quick gift, or gift card for someone. The Starbucks that I go to is conveniently located in our Food City Grocery Store/Market which is nice to grab your favorite drink to enjoy while you shop. Love it!!

Usually when I go (at least 2 times a week) everyone is very friendly and my drinks are up to par. A couple of times I went my drinks were just slapped together and "ok" and the batista was not very personable. All in all, this is my go to spot.
