Y'know what I love? Subway sandwiches. Y'know where I hafta go for a good one? THIS LOCATION. I don't even live in Crossville, but I will always snag a sandwich from this place when I go through, even if I'm not hungry. That's just dinner for later! It's clean, the veggies are crisp, and the bread is fresh. At the Subway near my place it's rare for those three things to be true at once. As if that weren't enough, the staff have always been really chill and helpful. My only issue on atmosphere is with the outside, not inside. The cat pee is rrreally strong on your way in, and that's a turnoff if you don't know how awesome the other side of the door is.

This my favorite Subway in Crossville. No indoor seating or bathrooms but they have the best quality and service out of all the subways in our area.
Stopped by for dinner tonight. It’s is the closest fast food to our location. There is no indoor seating here. It’s carry out only. The store is very clean and organized. Service was quick and easy.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetable options.
Parking: Smaller parking lot shared by 3 shops
Wheelchair accessibility: The ground is fairly level and there is a short ramp to the doorway

We ordered on the app, unfortunately the picture shown and the address did not match. Picture showed across the street from Lowe's and close to Walmart. Not at all, it was all the way on the other side of town. We call, young man said he would say something to the manager. When we arrived we spoke with a young lady who was rude and showed that she really didn't care about our concerns at all. That ruined the visit. Will not return to this location even if we were on that side of town.Also the "ultimate bmt" was flat and much smaller than the marketing pictures show. That is the way business is run now days. It's sad to see a decent business with such terrible service. And, they didn't slice the pizza. Hmm!

This is the second disappointing sub we have had from the Xville chain in general. One from N. Main the second from here. Both times were online orders. I think I am figuring out the problem. The subs are prepared by kids. If one orders online there is no customer watching over them plus they know in advance if you tipped them. As a result they take little pride in their work.. On both occasions there was little or no ingredients in the sub......like they did not even read the online order thoroughly.
