The last two times that we have went to subway on 127 near shoneys , our food has been horrible , they were made sloppy and not accurate and soggy bread ., we called the order in and gave ingredients directly so it was made right, both times it was horrible was the same employee and he was to high to see out his eyes cause they were almost completely shut.

Haven’t ordered subway in months so ordered on the subway app. Got 2 foot longs, the grilled chicken one was supposed to have 50% more meat and extra black olives and ranch. There were maybe 12 olives in the whole sandwich, Definitely not 50% more meat, and there was very very little ranch. Grandma didn’t enjoy her sandwich either, said she’s definitely had better from this location. Overall super disappointing, this location has always been my favorite but it’s definitely going downhill. The flatbread was also a lot thinner than it normally is as well, like practically as thick as 3 pieces of paper.

They quit taking the coupons a week ago. (So the young lady behind the counter said) yet had no signs stating this. So what I thought would be 17.99 for 3 footlings, became 31.99.

They wear rude so rude I had to walk out for a min I worked in the food industry but he'll never like that and nothing on my sandwich just the lettuce and tomato... Calling higher ups now this is ridiculous

I realize there are many choices for Subway, but this location is my favorite. The staff is always efficient, friendly and goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Always a very clean, pleasing environment to be in. The sandwiches and ingredients are always to notch.

Was just here and was waiting for over 15 minutes for someone to come take our order. Hollered towards the back to get the employees attention. Can say i wont be coming back to this subway if they dont care about their customers.
