I wasted $7.68 cents actually $8 dollars giving a donation round up. I ordered the Supreme Luxe Box what Junk!. The chicken Chalupa was not warm and very hard and the Beefy 5 Layer Burrito was not warm at all and the meat inside was terrible all clumped together and I got just 4 cinnamon twist the only decent thing was the Beef crunchy Taco and the Pepsi. The Taco Bell on Pervine in Crossville it Absolutely the Best!!!! I should've drove the extra miles to get there.

This was the worst experience EVER! We ordered 10 items and received 3 and one we had no idea what it was or how we got it! We called said they'd replace it but the fact that I was there waiting for 45 minutes and Noone came out to tell me the fryers were down so there would be no fries or chalupas but somehow there were Cinnabons! Main street is either out of something or they can't make something- I think we'll steer clear for awhile! 45 bucks and received 3 items and no refund.... Calling AM or GM Monday!

Working for doordash tonight order was supposed to be picked up by 10:01 what time did they finally do the order with a empty lobby? 10:23. Made me late for drop off. Watched a over half the workers go out to take trash off or to just go chit chat while doordash orders are waiting almost 30 minutes. Do better with the deliver services that deliver food for yall or just stop taking the orders simple as that . Your employees get paid by the hour I get paid by the order and how fast I get it to the customer debates my pay.

The usual taco bell quality of the food. but my god is it IMPOSSIBLE to ever get what you ordered. make SURE you check your bag before pulling out because its ALWAYS someone elses order. not coming back to this location ever again. cause this is a consistent issue no matter who is working on which ever day you order here.
