We eat there about once a year, and there's a reason behind it. Every single time you're either going to have issues with your order or you're going to have to wait nearly 30 minutes for it.

Horrible experience today. I ordered half my order. The girl taking my order ask me to hold on a min.....I'm waiting, finally turn the car off, still waiting, finally a guy comes on and ask me to pull on up. I wasn't even finished with my order, so I tell him and still nothing so I drove off. The atmosphere of that place just seem to have people with no clue. The service...well there wasn't much of any service going on. And the food...I dont know cause I didn't getting anything. I believe I will drive the extra to go to taco bell on heaviness. I do not recommend taco bell on main street

I used to like coming to this taco bell, but over the past few months, my opinion has changed. I have had alot of food made wrong or I pay for extra and don't even get the normal amount. If I ask them to remake my order, I get attitude everytime, and they almost refuse to make it. Idk about you, but im paying way too much money to not get what I ordered and for it not to be right. Also, there can be 2 people at the drive through window and they will walk right past the counter and act like they don't see you standing there. I am one of those that place to go orders so it will be ready when I get there. I don't want to have to come and wait another 15 mins on my food. Because not only is it cold, it's also not good quality. You guys need to realize that people that place to go orders also wsnt their food fresh.

Got 2 of my meals wrong, when we called the manager blamed it on having “a busy day.” I’ve worked in fast food for 4 years, it’s really simple to check an order ticket and make sure you have everything. You simply can’t blame missing 4 items on a “bad day.” Ya’ll need better management and training.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Walk in and you only have the kiosk to do people dont work the counter to help. They had NO FIRE SUACE!! Thats once of their “specialtys” this places food is so off from whats its supposed to be they always put to much beans in something with beans included in it. They take forever to get your food to you. I use to love the place but one of peavine so much better. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE HORRIBLE SERVICE THE MANAGER SCREAMED AT A WORKER WHILE I WAS THERE!!!!
