As a delivery driver, I'm disappointed by this crew. Everytime I have picked up a delivery, I almost always get a call back saying they have items missing. It never fails. Order from the Peavine Taco Bell if you really want them to do it right the first time.

went for an interview for a manager position that I never had due to they arent hiring, but the crew was blasting emenim , lobby was a disaster, and the 3 above crew level up and vanished, and sent a woman who yelled across the counter "hey you!, come here" not even in uniform. rudely stated we arent hiring anyone and walked away laughing. Complete lack of customer service and care for anyone. You definitely need to get a core in that store to get your store focused on the values, and not their playing around. Displeased and appalled .

Waited in line for a while order our food got it and everything got to the house and we wear missing food everything we ordered was wrong we asked for no tomatoes not lettuce on one thing it had extra of both the other thing we asked to be switched a certain way it was not overall the employees need to pay more attention when ppl are order there food or let someone else who can take the order

Was first time going in since COVID, was clean staff was friendly and I fealt welcome ?
We had to wait for a few minutes for our food. The service was ok and the food was hot and delicious. We got crunchy and soft tacos. Ten out of ten recommend. Rachel was really sweet and helpful.

I have had a few bad experiences at other taco bells but this particular taco bell with the staff working and clocked in at 3:30 pm was amazing, the food was better tasting and looked like it does on the menu and they were very professional and friendly. Way to go guys!
