Always had a great visit. Loved the French Dip sandwich for lunch and prime rib dinners.

I had the Grits & Grace bowl from the lunch menu today and it was absolutely delicious!

The Last time we ate here, it was still the Brass Lantern. We had an excellent experience with the food then, and we ate here again tonight to discover it had gone extraordinarily downhill. The steak we had ordered as medium well on the pasta came out just short of medium rare and was still slightly cold in the center of the cut. The salmon had been over seasoned, and despite that the sides that came with it seemed to have little to no seasoning at all. When you wait 45 minutes just to recieve a small appetizer, you expect the food to be nothing short of wonderful and we did not get that tonight. The only positive thing was our server, who was apologetic about the wait time and the mistake that had been made with the steak. We will not be returning.

Service was nonexistent at this place. Waited most an hour for our food. They came in originally got everybody one drink never did anybody come back to ask for a second drink? One lady did bring water that was all we got for an hour. Attitude from the server was absolutely horrible then they added a 20% tip. Overall service in this place was not worth two cents. Never return to this place and unless you have a lot of time and patience I suggest you don’t visit it either

We were a group of 8 and asked to sit in the bar to avoid waiting for a table in the dining room. We were immediately seated and our drink orders were taken and served in a reasonable time. After receiving our drinks we did not see the bartender/waitress for at least 20 minutes, no second drink but we did get a water refill from the busier. We finally ordered our food but our drinks were empty and we waited more than an hour for our food to be served. The food was not outstanding but reasonably good, certainly not worth the hour long wait. Our waitress/bartender acted offended when we asked when our food would be out and was rude and never explained or apologized for the long wait. When our checks finally arrived, we did get individual checks, there was a 20% gratuity included of the total bill even the tax was included in the calculation. If the gratuity had been my choice I would have left no more than 10%, a gratuity is earned by good or great service and a pleasant attitude and not just because you are served. I will not be returned and urge caution by others.

Service is horrible! We waited an hour and a half for our food and the servers never offered us another drink or told us why it was taking so long. The waitress was extremely rude and then charged us a 20% gratuity and refused to take it off the bill. I would never go back.

After being deined the opportunity to eat here several times. The menu, service and ambiance are all super underwhelming. 00000 stars. You can go to literally any other restaurant in town for same price and get better food, service, and atmosphere.

This restraunt was very accommodating for our small elopement. Staff was wonderful and even stayed open later than normal for us to enjoy our small wedding dinner! Thank you so much for the hospitality!!! Hope your staff enjoyed the cake!!!!

Friendly service, hot food. The collard green/ ham dip was delicious, peach cream cheese cake was delicious ( homemade). Bourbon sauce and steak excellent.
