The Cottage At Fairfield Restaurant

We had omelets early afternoon on a Sunday. The omelets were cooked to perfection. Our sides, fresh fruit and potatoes, made for an appetizing presentation. The all male staff were friendly, courteous and made us feel welcome. We would definitely return if we are visiting in this area again.

Found this place by accident, got to say it was a great find. Staff are excellent and the food is one off the best I have found so far. Have been back with my friends and they loved the food and employees. Thank you guys.

We were looking forward to trying The Cottage. The food looked great, however we didn’t get the chance to try it because after over 30 minutes no one had taken our order. Our toddler was very hungry so we had to leave.

We had a very nice dining experience tonight, the catch of the day fish (walleye) and the fresh veggies deliciously and perfectly cooked, the carrot cake was also a hit, espresso was nice as well. The staff was very friendly. The only suggestion I have is to have a faster service which I believe will happen once the team is fully staffed

We went here for a late lunch / early dinner. The server was attentive. I had the blackened salmon, which I would definitely recommend. Both my husband and I enjoyed the roasted red potatoes.

The food here is elevated in both selection and taste. Steak, salmon, lobster tails, as well as pastas, salads, and soups.My kids said that the inside was like a palace, lol. But to their point, they had nice water glasses and the inside had a nice ambiance that might not match the exterior.

Heading back to ky from our woman of joy conference and decided to stop and try this little restaurant out. WOW! hands down the best sit down restaurant i have ever been to! we had eggs benedict and omelets and everything was perfect!!! our waiters Zach and Alex were amazing so much that we had to get our picture made with them before we left! #bestfoodever #ourwaiterisbetterthanyours

We just enjoyed an amazing meal here; the service was top-notch, Zach was very friendly! We chatted with the Chef on the way in, and then dined on some amazing entrees...Steak, Lobster, Chicken...all were divine! We started with Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms which were like none I've tasted! We were so pleasantly surprised when the check arrived! Affordable, high quality cooking! Highly recommended!

Very disappointing. We called ahead to make sure they would have lobster and were told they would. When we arrived, we were told they were saving the lobster for Valentine’s Day. We will never go there again.

Stopped there for lunch and ate in the Olde Brok'n Horne. The Fish Fry was great, reminded us of the ones in Wisconsin. The cod tasted fresh,and the fish and fries were served hot. We left full and are going back sometime soon!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Crossville. The food is amazing. I’ve tried the Filet, Ribeye, & NY Strip and they’re all pure perfection. I highly recommend this place. The servers are top notch, very friendly and attentive. The chef comes out to see if you enjoyed your meal. Now they’ve added a nice little cozy pub in the back. Love this place!

We really enjoyed the Sunday brunch. Kids loved the pancakes, and we tried two different omelets and the Aloha Benny which features ham, grilled apple, and a Mango Hollandaise.

Went to The Cottage for our first time on 12-30-21. Absolutely delicious. My husband had grilled walleye and I had the beef stroganoff. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be regulars at the restaurant. We highly recommend.

Fine dining at its absolute best! The staff is positive, personable, and professional. The chefs are highly skilled and enjoy their work - the proof is in the cooking! Martin, Alex, Viera et al. made us feel like old friends every time we came, and they have great stories to tell. We will definitely eat here when we are in the area. The absolute BEST fine dining experience ever!
