The old workers are disrespectful and too slow to be working in the dining industry. Need new workers that want to be there and produce a good environment for the patrons coming in. Do better.
I have to say I was very upset when a young boy no more then 19 come in looking for the next grayhound bus it was 7* out side snowing and felt like -1 and the one lady told a customer you can't buy him a meal he can't sit in here wait for the bus. Mean while she was warm and cozy inside working. Finally she got him some coffee said warm up and you need to leave. Pretty sad of you ask me. I won't be back just because of that!

Loved our server. She was very thoughtful, kept coffee freshened, and was attentive to my 5-year-old great granddaughters requests (egg & bacon on toast-NO PICKLE, please). We didn't get there until 5 p.m. after church & were starving! The food was so good that we kept adding during our meal, so we were a difficult bunch. Last year we began a New Year's day tradition by eating @ the Caryville, Tn. Waffle House. We've moved to Rockwood & had to drive 35 miles to the Crossville Waffle House. I am 76 & we are 4 generations. See y'all in Crossville next N.Y.Day!!Kid-friendliness: Mentioned above.

Had a wonderful late lunch today. Even though the place was packed with customers Brenda, my server was highly attentive even though she had way too many people needing service all at once. The bathroom was unusually clean - looked completely new.
Even did over and above for kids!!!
