Everytime I come here they are out of salads, it does not matter if it is 6 pm or 10 pm. Their tea looks like water and you always have to wait for something. The employees are always nice is the only reason they got 2 stars.

Went through drive through and got ice cold foods, sandwiches and fries. Ordered a double with cheese and pickle only but received cheese and ketchup! They weren’t busy so no excuse!

Great place with good food, friendly staff, and quick service. My order was correct and the asked if I needed any condiments. Thank you for prompt, fast, and courteous service.

This was hands-down the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wendy’s. My breakfast order was wrong, and instead of fixing their mistake, the staff told me to “refund it myself.” Let me be clear — I paid for food, they messed it up, and somehow I was expected to do the work to make it right. Absolutely unacceptable.

The attitude from the employees was dismissive, unhelpful, and flat-out disrespectful. There was zero accountability, no apology, and no effort to correct the problem. I left hungry, aggravated, and completely blown away by how little they cared about doing their jobs.

If this is how the morning crew operates, it’s a direct reflection on poor management and lack of training. The managers needs to address this immediately, because customers should never be treated like an inconvenience — especially when they’re paying for a service that isn’t delivered.

Slow and unfriendly I think it was inconvenient for them. Well a year later still slowest place in town.05/22/2025 yay cold fries. Go to Genesis Rd Wendy's.Update I didn't listen to my own advice went on 07/27/2025 spent 37 dollars on cold food and fries. So disappointing.

Rude employees. I understand low wages and a poor work environment are frustrating, but why is the customer taking the brunt of your contempt and not your management team who is responsible for those things?

Food was just warm, took about 8 minutes before someone came to the register and the floor had a huge puddle of drink thatvtje manager stated i guess that needs cleaned up but kept walking passed ot for the 30 minutes that my husband and i were there

No ice in drink wasn't told until I had it. It was warm and flat. Asked for Xtra sour cream didn't get it. Water chili for taco salad. Slime cheese on salad. If I wasn't driving a long distance already I would
back. Won't want to go back.

This Crossville location is consistently awful! Food is horrible! Old cold food! We get the economy is awful but they could at least give customers fresh hot food for crying out loud! Have not eaten there for months and thought we would try again. But no! No receipt, won't answer the phone!
