No ice in drink wasn't told until I had it. It was warm and flat. Asked for Xtra sour cream didn't get it. Water chili for taco salad. Slime cheese on salad. If I wasn't driving a long distance already I would back. Won't want to go back.

This Crossville location is consistently awful! Food is horrible! Old cold food! We get the economy is awful but they could at least give customers fresh hot food for crying out loud! Have not eaten there for months and thought we would try again. But no! No receipt, won't answer the phone!

This place has gone down hill. Ordered the fish sandwich and fries. The sandwich was in the heater for about 3hrs. Nasty and only got 1/2 order of fries. Dave would roll over in his grave, if he knew they put that garbage out the window. Nasty people and Nasty food.

They have consistently messed up my orders. I always ask for no tomato and very often I will get a burger with tomato but it will be missing onions or pickles. Tonight I ordered a burger with no tomato like usual and this time I received a burger with ONLY tomato, no pickles, onions or lettuce, just a tomato. I am probably just going to start going to the genesis rd wendy's eventhough this one is closer to me.

The ice machine was broken and when I asked about it, the drive thru worker snapped at me and informed me that he had told me about it before I ordered, which he didn't, but even if he had, that was not an appropriate response in my opinion. The fries were cold too.
