This place is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I had ordered a 3 piece tender and some mozzarella sticks, the lady even asked me what sauce I wanted, I get my food and the tenders were never rung up me I never got my sauce, we called the store and told them what happened and then they hung up on us, never again!

I've never once had a problem with my food at this Arby's. I just got some, they were busy as shi, and still got the thing I ordered quickly. These mfs deserve a lil praise
This is the second time in which my crinkle fries had way way too much salt. And this is the same location. I am going to ask for No Salt and they will have to make them fresh. Sad but true

I'm always wanting to order from here but for some reason they never have their full menu on the ordering apps. They exclude all roast beef options from any ordering service and it really makes no sense. I'm sure they'd have a lot more business if they fixed this too.

I stopped by Arby's for lunch today and went inside to eat the young lady up front counter her name was angel she was very polite and friendly I ordered the new big cheesey bacon burger combo it by far the best burger I have eaten it beats all the other competitors burgers. The service was great my food was hot and fresh. The atmosphere was very inviting I do recommend Arby's in dandridge if you are in this area.
You pay too much money for garbage food and it’s cold!
