Food was okay at best. I have high standards when it comes to certain things and a biscuit is one of them. My bacon and cheese biscuit was fairly good but the biscuit itself was in puzzle like pieces. My heart shaped bo-berries were very nice looking but rather cold and hard. Not the worst I’ve had from Bojangles but definitely no where near middle of the pack. Oh yeah, and the ROBOT SUCKS!

Very friendly. Guessing it was just a bad biscuit day. Got me favorite ham biscuit and very crumbly and falling apart. Wore more of the biscuit than I ate. I don't think this is common, but getting orders to go sometimes ain't the best, since you don't find out till to late.

Overall not terrible but I absolutely despise talking to a bot when making orders. Pepsi owns this brand and others like Taco Bell and think they are reaching for the future that NO ONE ASKED FOR!! P.s. this is the best of the best when it comes to bojangles, I'll drive by the one In Jefferson City to come to this one! Orders are right and done in a orderly fashion 100% of the time here!

The thighs were still cooking and we got the last one. The food had a pleasant flavor. Everything is Cajun so it's spiced. Just wanted you to know.

Second time this week that I got a biscuit and cannot eat it because it is hard as a brick. I eat here multiple times per week, usually with no issues at all. And now all of a sudden I am just wasting my money because it's not even edible.

Passing through on our way back from Pigeon Forge. We’re no stranger to Bojangles but this store was extra clean and extra friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find that right off the interstate on a trip and it was greatly appreciated!

Our first time trying Bojangles. The chicken and biscuits were fresh and good! Also, the green beans had a smoky taste but good. Mac and cheese had set too long, Cajun pintos were interesting, mashed potatoes reminded us of Kentucky Fried.
