Passing through on our way back from Pigeon Forge. We’re no stranger to Bojangles but this store was extra clean and extra friendly. Sometimes it’s hard to find that right off the interstate on a trip and it was greatly appreciated!

Our first time trying Bojangles. The chicken and biscuits were fresh and good! Also, the green beans had a smoky taste but good. Mac and cheese had set too long, Cajun pintos were interesting, mashed potatoes reminded us of Kentucky Fried.

Went to Bojangels (Dandridge location) this morning and ordered gravy biscuit combo...a order of bacon and a order of eggs....they put a half piece of bacon on my plate (for real) and eggs that wouldn't even cover the surface of a biscuit (eggs was in crumbs). I told the worker, you have to be kidding...she said what, and had a terrible attitude...I told her nevermind and requested a refund...supervisor on duty said they weren't allowed to give refunds per corporate office...I will never step foot in there again and will give word of mouth about this every chance given...I would also give them a zero rating if it was an option...$10.08 was a waste...
