This was our first visit there the waitress was so very nice, she was smiling and cheerful and I even mentioned how nice she was and that she must really like her job and she said that she loved her job and you could tell it on her face!! Wonderful service wonderful food We will go back again!

I had an excellent experience with Captain's Galley Seafood. I live out of town but wanted to purchase a gift card for my parents, so I called the restaurant and was able to buy one over the phone. There was a little confusion regarding the card at first, so I called back and spoke with Danielle, the manager. She took action right away, located the card, and quickly resolved the issue. Danielle was incredibly accommodating and made sure everything was taken care of so my parents could easily stop by and pick it up. My parents had a wonderful experience dining there. They said the food was fantastic and very affordable, and they truly enjoyed their visit. I’m very thankful to Danielle for going above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. Great customer service can be hard to find these days, and Danielle clearly cares about her customers. Because of her and the great experience my parents had, I would highly recommend Captain's Galley to anyone visiting the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I went there last night 1/29/26. The food did not taste fresh as it has in the past. The popcorn shrimp was good but the fantail shrimp my wife got tasted old, almost freezer burnt. Our onion rings were burnt. The waitress did bring another order out for us to share. We always order from the senior menu. They have raised their prices and now that same meal we always get is almost 8 dollars more with both of us drinking water, no charge for the drinks. We had to get another waiter to bring our ticket as our waitress went awol! Needless to say we will not be going back anytime soon.

All of the seafood is frozen and doesn't taste like seafood at all. My oysters had more breading than oysters. The oysters themselves must have been about the size of a dime. The building us very old and needs a remodel. One person wouldn't even order seafood due to three quality. She ordered steak bites instead. They didn't look good either. I would skip this one...
