Cameron Quigg took my order and was very patient with me as I wasn’t sure what exactly I wanted. He was very pleasant to me and was fast taking my payment and giving me my order. The food was amazing and saw the cook was Brian Walter’s! Everything was so hot and so good!

I will not return for service to this Hardee's. I ordered a large hot ham and cheese. Can't be much more simple than that They just put it in the microwave and wrap it and give it to you. I picked up the sandwich to make sure it was a large one and it was barely warm. I mentioned it to the person at the window and she just rolled her eyes look pissed off and took it from me and said they'd make me another one which was a lie because I got the same one because it was so damn hot and shriveled up I could barely chew it. If you have ever made the mistake of trying to heat up a breakfast roll in the microwave and it turned into a hockey puck well that was about what it was like. It was disgusting. But of course when you drive through you're on your way and you don't notice it till you get further from the restaurant and it's not worth the trouble to turn around and go back so I hope they heed this complaint and don't pull it on other people. I would suggest that, in general, anybody getting takeout make sure that they check their order before they leave that window no matter how busy they are and make sure you got the proper order and served it a proper temperature and make sure that if you need utensils sauces salt and pepper etc that you make sure they're in the bag too with adequate napkins. Too bad they made me want to leave this crappy complaint about them.

Went in and one lady was working she did good but she made me and my friends food then left it on the rack thing then went someone else back there and when we got our food she burned them when we got to look at them.
No one answered the drive thru for 20 minutes, and people were walking out as soon as they went in. Never saw an employee we just left. Give your employees a living wage and maybe they will want to work!!!

Me and my husband just left the Hardee's in Dandridge and the guy in the back was slow and messing up orders and I guess the guy up front was the manager but there customer service sucks and they shouldn't have there jobs because they don't know how to run a store and you had people walk out and then you have the manager said well drive thru is getting busy. But it's a Friday night and Jefferson county is playing at home and you have two people working on a Friday night. I will never go back to that Hardee's and they need to just shut one or the other down if you don't have the workers.

Too much bun, not enough meat or veggies on the hamburgers, hamburger patties couldn't have been more than 2oz! Tomato was yellow (what there was of it), 2 tiny slivers of onion, one partial leaf of lettuce. No pickles!Fries were ok. Meal was not worth the money.

Service was great, staff were nice. I was upset to learn they changed their buns on the burgers! But the chicken wraps were fire! We sat inside for about an hour and a half without being heckled so that was nice.
