I literally ordered some food from y’all online and my McDouble had mold in it! I have pneumonia and was in the hospital last night doing breathing treatments. Do better! Times are already hard enough with all the sicknesses going around.

This morning (10/3) would have been a much more pleasant experience if it wasn't for the female manager on duty. Her attitude and remarks were completely uncalled for, unprofessional, and down right rude.

The couple in front of me ordered at the counter and went to pay with $100 bill. The cashier did not have the change to break it. Under any normal circumstances the manager would open a cash drawer and get the necessary change needed to break the large bill.. it happens every day multiple times a day.. it's common. This manager proceeds to degrade the cashier in front of everyone to make him feel stupid for asking for change to break the bill.. she said with an attitude "of course you can't break a big bill.. we just opened and don't have the change" right in front of the customer who paid with the large bill. She got the change to give the customer and handed it to them with force.. the amount of attitude this lady had was sickening. It wasn't the cashiers fault that the customer paid in cash and it wasn't the customers fault that the big bill was their only payment option.

Later my friend went up to check on their order because their number wasn't on the wait list and it had been 25 minutes.. the male cashier proceeds to take their food.. walk around them and drop it on their table in front of them. *Thunk*

Then the cherry topper...

There were 3 guests waiting to place orders at the counter when the lady manager walks around them to take a order outside and says loud enough for everyone to hear "We are slammed and got limited staff.. If you're waiting at the counter to pay you better use the kiosk or you'll be waiting a while.. this is the new generation.." while throwing her hands up and storming outside. A older gentleman left.. I don't blame him.. her attitude was completely uncalled for. What if people only had cash to pay with? Cash is a legal tender remember? Not everyone uses the mobile app to place and pay for orders with a card.

1. Last time I checked cash is still a legal US tender to pay for any goods or services... it is your job to make change. She just didn't want to take the time to do it.. and the fact she had an attitude with the customers before me and not me proved she had prejudice against them (they were latino).

2. If you hate your job so much then quit.. there are so many other jobs out there.. if you can't provide exceptional customer service at a job that requires customer interactions then just quit and go get a warehouse job somewhere that does not require you to deal with the public.

She was flat out awful and a blemish to the McDonald's name.. I don't see how her employees work with her.. being degraded like that was awful.. no one deserves to be treated like that.. even in fast food.

Absolutely HORRIBLE and Disgusting ! Go anywhere but this place. First off I ordered in the Mobile app and waited 30 mins AFTER I got there. I had to go in and check on my food and then argue with them to bring it out when it was done like they are SUPPOSED to do. The food tasted a bit off but nothing like my drink did ! I ordered a sweet tea and it tasted so awfully sour I THREW UP. It tasted nothing like sweet tea, I honestly have no clue what it was , it didn’t even look like sweet tea and there were all kinds of nasty chunks floating around and at the bottom . This Place is a hazard and needs to be closed down .

We live in Dandridge so we frequent this location more than others. We have NEVER had our orders messed up more times than at this location. I don’t think we’ve had the correct order not even once. It’s annoying yet understandable to have a wrong order once in a while, but EVERY SINGLE TIME!
