Nhi Vietnamese Cuisine Food Truck (check FB & IG for schedule & location)

This is the best pork Bahn Mi we've had in Knoxville. I really wanted fish sauce with it, though. Hopefully, they have some I can get next time. I look forward to trying their Pho. ❤️

Excellent. Clean and authentic. Tried several times when her truck was located at tractor supply in Morristown. Never disappointed.

We tried the sandwich with chicken and it was awesome. I am usually skeptical about trying new food but i was so glad we did. Definitely recommend! And the young lady running it was so polite!

The food truck is not there today.

My brother, sister, and I stopped to try this place while it was set up at Tractor Supply in Morristown. The young woman was so sweet and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The food was delicious! We ordered almost everything on the menu to try between us all and it did not disappoint! Even the shredded carrots in the Rice Dish had great flavor. We will be back to get more!

So.Good. This place is outstanding. The Bahn Mi is better than anything on the West Coast. Heady claims, but try it and see. Clean, cute truck has all the essentials: Rice vermicelli, coconut jelly, pork buns (remember to peel it) spring and egg rolls plus traditional drinks and desserts. Check their Facebook and Instagram page for locations all around East Tennessee. Best Vietnamese around and it's on wheels to come near you.

Walked all the way over here from truck stop and they aren’t here. Bummer

Since we’ve moved to Knoxville can hardly find Viet food that tastes more authentic. I drove by last night and saw truck decided to try it and I was not disappointed. My husband said it was VERY good of course not his moms. Lol but still a flavor close to home! I ordered several things even dessert and boba and EVERYTHING was delicious!

The presentation was beautiful the portion was plenty enough to be filling and most importantly the flavor was incredibly tasty. I don’t know what the cost was bc my husband brought it home as a surprise but he did say that he was impressed at how the lady fixing the plate was so intentional when preparing my plate…. So so good!! This is a Must Try for anyone that enjoys fresh clean international cuisine

We had the Beef Noodle Pho soup. Some of the best I have had. And large amount for the money. I got 2 meals out of it.

Great prices and delicious food! The pho was amazing and could easily make two or more meals. Can’t wait to eat here again!
