Pizza plus delivered to my daughter’s birthday party and were courteous, on time, and the pizzas were hot and fresh! The delivery driver was very kind and the lady that took my order was very helpful when I had some questions about allergies. Thanks pizza plus for helping to make her party wonderful!

Kim at Pizza Plus was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us. You can tell she genuinely cares about people, not just getting through a shift. It was hands-down the best customer service I’ve had in a long while, and it made the whole experience better than expected. Pizza is usually great—but Kim’s service is what will keep us coming back.

We eat at pizza plus A LOT and we always get the same thing. Today, they made a mistake (which happens) and the manager was so polite and friendly and did everything she could to make it right. We really love our friends at pizza plus in Dandridge ❤️

Arrived at our hotel at 8pm and decided to order a pizza for delivery as we didn’t want to go back out….ordered a large pepperoni with EXTRA cheese. Took an hour and 5 minutes to be delivered, pizza was COLD and there was barely regular cheese on it, definitely NOT the extra cheese I was charged for….almost no sauce, really there was nothing redeeming about this pizza at all 😢😢
Ordered pizza to pick up. They could not find the order when we went to get it after 25 minutes. They started to prepare a new ordered, burned it and then found the original order. Now cold… We brought it home but it was pretty bad. Ate a piece but threw the rest away. We had tried this place years before…Both bad experiences and won’t try it again.

I love this place so much! Literally some of the best pizza I have ever had and the staff is so nice. They will literally make any pizza you want and put it on the buffet. This was also my kids first trip to a pizza and salad buffet and they think it was the greatest experience they’ve ever had! It’s been two months and our oldest is still talking about how awesome it was and asking when we can go back to Dandridge to watch there again!
