Aries was a VERY GOOD Waitress! Very Nice and Helpful, there were 8 in our party and took Very Good care of us ! Highly recommend her ! Food was HOt and ALL 8 orders were Correct ! Will definitely be back !

We walked in and were greeted by other customers who had not yet been greeted by staff. After 15+ minutes and the departure of the groups ahead of us a staff member finally came out and told us it would be a 45min to an hour wait for a table. There were 5 people at the bar and two occupied tables. We were told there was only one person waiting tables. They could only handle two tables? Where was the manager? NOT what I would expect from a chain restaurant. I doubt we even pull in the parking lot again.

I got food via delivery today. I used to live in Kodak and ate Chop House. This food from RT was sooo much better! The ribs beat theirs by ten miles! More affordable. Better portions. Better Uber delivery. Thankful they are close by for me! Went last week and had seafood pasta that was great as well. I like that the cooks care about what they put out. Kudos to the cooks!

After an unexpected medical situation on Christmas Day we were scrambling to find somewhere to get food for the family dinner. Almost everywhere was closed and the few that were open weren’t doing to go orders. My wife found that this restaurant was willing to do it so we placed a rather large order. Even thought it was a 30 minute drive (one way) we were happy they took our order. When we arrived the place was PACKED! But the waitress (wish I had got her name) that was waiting on us was super polite and helpful even though she was swamped with her tables and orders. She really let the Christmas spirit shine thru her work and help. The food was excellent and much more food than we even expected! Please go by and support this business!

Food was ok. I ordered to go and was told plastic ware was in the bag. When I got into my truck there was no plastic ware to eat my pasta or loaded fries. I’m thankful they were open on Christmas but ruby Tuesday is not a place I’ll be coming back to. I’d rather starve!
