Its setup like a small buffet and the food was not that great next time if I decide to go again I probably will just order off the menu. It was like $14 for the buffet and most of the food items on menu were like $13-14 so I thought the buffet was the better option boy was i wrong

My mom was paying for her 2 meals, she DID ask for 2 senior discounts.
The girl didn’t take her discounts off and my mom noticed after she paid.
The cashier TOLD the manager that my mom DIDN’T ask for the discounts. The manager Kathleen said that next time she needed to ask and that she couldn’t go back and fix it. It’s not the fact that she didn’t get the discounts , it’s the fact she was made out to be a liar. My gracious my mother is 79, she is a SENIOR and so is my brother.
If you look on your cameras, you can see she DID ask. DO BETTER on customer care!!

It's been a while since I've been to a Shoney's, so I was excited to find one in Dandridge. However, I was disappointed. The food was just okay. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes on the bar were great, but most of the meats were very overcooked - even the chicken. The place was so cold that it was hard to enjoy ourselves.

Food was good. The waitress was not good .we ask for ketchup she never brought it to us, had to ask another waitress. Ask for drink refill she never brought it. Had to ask another waitress. Then after eating she never brought us our check.went to pay explained to manager and he made it right with us. There was only 3 of us.

We got the food bar.The food looked and tasted like it had been there all day. I was very disappointed because Stoney’s has always had great food. Maybe they were. Having a bad day, but I won’t be going back.
