This was the best Sonic I have had in a long time. Fires crispy, burger hot and bun just the right crispness. The girl came out to my car because the car infront ordered alot. She was super smiley and friendly! Would recommend!

No one else was in line, and I sat for 15 minutes in line by myself at the window after ordering before food came out. “Manager” acknowledged the wait. It’s always slow but this was a new level. Not sure how they stay in business like this.

I went thru the drive thru and when I pulled up at the window there was a blond heavy set women that was taking money and i guess orders. She was extremely rude shoving the drinks out. Not even paying attention could have dropped one of my drinks. Then I asked her if I could do half cash and half card she said there was no way that she could which I knew she was lying. Then she slammed the window shut and my face.And then I heard her yelling or arguing with somebody. When I got my food, the tater tots were cold.The burgers were really good and my jalapeno.Paupers= were good.But the overall service sucked the assistant manager came to the window, and I told him and he didn't even apologize for anything.He just smiled at me , gave me my sauces and shut the window. At least he could have done was apologize but he couldn't even do that. I can't remember the lady's name.It wasn't on my receipt , but it was the sonic here in dandridge Tennessee located on highway 92. I just know she was a blonde girl heavy set. Maybe somebody needs to teach her or retrain her on some manners.Or how to speak to guest.

Couldn't even eat the french fries and the mellow yellow wasn't even yellow
I highly recommend never eating at this location. We ordered through the mobile at at 7pm. Got there at 7:10pm and put in the app we were there at stall 2. 30 minutes goes by and still no food. We ask the girl running food what’s going on and she apologizes and says she will check. They bring out the food and the ice cream and slushies are all melted.
We ask to talk to a manager, he comes out says call the number on the app and walks back inside.
All we wanted was our food remade and he refused to do so. Absolutely terrible customer service and a shame this guy can’t even handle managing a Sonic.
We will no longer be going back. I highly recommend you do the same.

Ordered my burger with mustard and mayonnaise, but got ketchup on it anyway, No napkins at all and the onion rings were burnt. Last time we will eat here

I remember the days when noone could even come close to the sonic cheeseburger 🍔. Then they changed the buns and they have been crap ever since. Does noone do any feed back marketing? Your sales have plummeted and no one is interested in reading the reviews and changing anything? Then I guess when u go out of business there will be noone to blame butt yourselves. My grandson and I came through the drive thru today $22 for an adult combo and a kids meal and two shakes. I mean come on...your shakes aren't even that good anymore. I could have backed up, went in food city and bought two steaks for that. Ridiculous greed. You can keep it. Never again.
