I work locally and have very little time for Lunch usually.. I visit this sonic very often. Today I ran up to get lunch and After waiting 20 minutes to get my food I then had to wait another 10 to get my change which in itself was bad enough. But I ordered two meals and asked and paid for large size only to get back to work to find only one large sized and almost nothing about my order was right. You never know if the drive thru is going to be open or not. I don't know if its the management or a lack of employees. Either way for the price you pay the service is sub-par.

THIS PLACE IS ....AMAZING! There is a guy working at the drive through I did not get his name. Unfortunately he saw me upset and crying as much as I tried to hold it back and he was so sweet and so wonderful and so amazing. I wish I could explain to him what his act of kindness meant to me today. I wish he could understand the hero he was to me and my daughter today just by being kind for no reason at all. Thank you so so much kind gentleman. Thank you so very much for your wonderful heart and kind spirit! Thank you so so much 💗 you are an amazing and wonderful human being. Always a hit or miss when trying to order on the app because most of the time it says this restaurant isn't taking any online orders right now. And I only use the app to get happy hour on my drink so that's why I gave it three stars it's inconvenient

Took out half of the order screens and converted the stalls to Mobile Pickup Only. It's hard to even get food. They constantly have the drive thru blocked off. Eating here it's like trying to get into a 5 Star restaurant in downtown LA.

Keep thinking ill give this place another chance every few months and every single time they disappoint, tater tots were burt solid, hot dog was okay, chicken wrap was pretty good actually but the best part of a soft pretzel is the cheese to dip in make it all the way home to realize they forgot my cheese cup, i get it things happen, only human, but it really sucks to spend 20$ on a meal and only can eat half of it

prices have gone way up.in last year..too high...my hamburger was just average or below..I remember when they were bigger around...had a choice of 1 or 2....now it's all 10 bucks for a dried out hamburger

They took away a few of the order screens and turned them into pick up spots when there’s plenty of parking spots to use for that instead. Their drive through is closed a lot of the time so now if you want To eat sonic either go to Jeff or sit and wait for a spot to open up.
