My boyfriend went to order on the app on 12/05/2025 at 9:16 said the order was confirmed only for the woman to cancel and void the order at 9:21. He showed up at about 9:35 ish as it was the time showed to show up and realized only after, that she had voided and cancelled it. She then proceeded to lie and say the app would be down after 9:30 for “maintenance” for a month because of new menu items for January. The app would not be down for a month for that, I can guarantee it not to mention, the Subway app isn’t even down at this moment. The sandwiches were also not very good, they were ok but definitely could’ve been better. He plans to go back and complain tomorrow but absolutely will not be coming back here, the one in Jeff City has much better service in my opinion!

Ordered online about 7ish as soon as went threw was canceled. Went to store and the blonde behind counter lied to me told me she didn't and couldn't delete my order. Told me I could order again and told her that's all I had, acted like didn't care said would be back on my card. The boy with her wouldn't even come out from the back. Sadly this is not the first time she personally had done this to me

If there were any more health code violations it might be shut down. Employees eating and not washing their hands, rude behavior, and worst of all not even wearing gloves. If the owners of this franchise decide to look at reviews that’d be a fantastic thing for them. Overall may be an issues with hiring or even management. Will not return.

Watching the guy that works there tattoo his leg with a tattoo gun then get up to make my sandwich was absolutely disgusting. I'm so disappointed I love my town of Dandridge and have ate there at subway 4x a wk for years but that did a number on me tonight

Ordered 3 of the pepperoni footlong dippers and the employees had no idea what they were doing. They gave me half of my order and left half off. I call the store to ask for them to give me the other half of my food and the "manager" says he doesn't have the authorization to give me the rest of my food. This entire location is incompetent I suggest you find staff with a brain or just close it down.
