Ordered 3 of the pepperoni footlong dippers and the employees had no idea what they were doing. They gave me half of my order and left half off. I call the store to ask for them to give me the other half of my food and the "manager" says he doesn't have the authorization to give me the rest of my food. This entire location is incompetent I suggest you find staff with a brain or just close it down.

Stood in line for 15 minutes while two employees made sandwiches for 1 customer. They must've ordered for whole office. Staff never said a word, you know like be with you in a minute, hello, nothing. Still waiting and another customer comes in. Again no acknowledgement from staff. After waiting 5 more minutes headed to door. As soon as we stepped out they took the customer that came in after us. Wth! Not ever going there again, shotty service since it has changed hands.

The young man that was trying to close up took my order around 4 pm today. Made us some good sandwiches. With the computer system having issues. Thank you for working hard despite the circumstances. This store closes early due to staff shortages. One reason I had to take off a star.

This subway was very busy and only had one employee to prepare subs, answer the phone and take online orders. We truly felt sorry for him and he did the best he could under the circumstances.....and he kept apologizing. the sandwiches he prepared were very good, we sat outside to eat. Not sure of the employee's name but he's a keeper...this happened 5-1-24 early in the afternoon .
