By far the nicest people I've ever met at subway! The lady (seemed like the supervisor) that made my sandwich also did it better than I've ever seen done! Very happy 5/5!

Always feel welcome when I go in. Great food and outstanding employees. With it being in a truck stop, they have to follow the pilot guidelines. Don't be that person and argue with the employees because salt & pepper are in separate containers and not in a single one. Or how the chicken is in prepackaged trays and how they are not using a scoop to put the chicken on.
If you have issues with them, call corporate and don't argue with the employees.

They made me wait twenty minutes and I was not served, the lady working was simply hanging around after telling me that she needed fifteen minutes, I left after twenty minutes. I did not get my food.
Stopped by at 9:30-9:45 after getting off work to get a sub, was told they were closed by a member of the gas station team meaning that all the Subway workers had been working on closing sometime before they were scheduled to. If you’re gonna continue to be closed at hours when you’re listed to be open maybe just change your hours? Surprised corporate hasn’t got yall yet.

We were on a long car drive and wanted to stop by for dinner at subway it was 8pm. I was waiting for my mom to get out of the bathroom and while I was looking at the menu they put up a hand written “we’re closed”sign. Keep in mind they don’t close until 11pm. I asked the worker which looked like a manager he was on the older side, why it said they were closed. He told me “yeah we do when there’s no minors running the store” with an attitude. Management here should stop scheduling minors late at night then. To me it looked like they just wanted to close early and they didn’t want to take our order because it was 4 of us. Stop scheduling minors closing shift or change your closing hours.
