Three for three on missing items this week. This taco bell has reduced their food prices in the most direct way possible… by not giving you what you ordered. The rest of the food is usually pretty sloppy.

2 weeks later, the saga continues: asked for pink sweetener at the window specifically, and was told it “should be in there”. It was not in there.

I've ordered cantina burritos, crispy cantina tacos, and cantina quesadillas each at least twice. They're different every time. I like Saturday cantina menus, but not Wednesday cantina menus

I’m so over this place. I get off of work at 9pm almost constantly and by the time I get to Taco Bell the workers are either to strung up or don’t know how to make a taco these are strait out the wrapper

Employees did not fulfill DoorDash order that was placed. I drove here from Jefferson City to pick up the order and was refused service. Employee who answered the phone was rude when asked about the order, stating that he declined to make the order when it was placed. He made no attempts to cancel the order on his end, leaving me to contact DoorDash support and lose all payment for my time.

Hate they have no cashier at register you have to use kiosk I rather talk to a human to order my food it's stupid then outside they don't use drive thru have a person outside taking orders backs up the parking lot so people don't have room to get in and out

made a $50 mobile order. went in to pick it up, watched my order be sat out for 5 minutes before being placed under a heater and then my name was called. oh, and only half my order was in the bag so i had to go back in and correct it. staff was a bunch of useless teenagers who don't know customer service.

The usual fast food place these days. Food portions have gotten smaller and prices have gone up. They were fast getting the food out though.
