So much I can say about this location, and start with the time of day- my family & I have been to this location more times than I care to admit. Truthfully this location is all dependent on the time you go. I’ve been around 8-9am (1st shift) as late as midnight (3rd shift) unfortunately, I will not return during day shift as the experience was awful!! But pleased as well to say I come very frequently during 3rd shift. From the moment my family and I walk in is nothing but smiles & greetings. From the food, prices & most IMPORTANTLY CLEANLINESS is top tier as well! Very attentive service!! I especially want to say a hug thank you to two individuals who have been nothing but respectful, joyful, and down to the way the food is made, and the way you’re treated- Niki, and Sam are PHENOMENAL people, and truly don’t get enough APPRECIATION!! I speak for many others when it comes to this location & this shift that they’re wonderful, kind & respectful people!!

We love Waffle House but we always enter thinking and not knowing what kind of service we are gonna get. Because of past experiences in other Waffle House, several times, we even have had health issues after eating at different Waffle House across the states. But this one I read the reviews and it looked promising but still, us being Hispanic many time we are not treated equally as other customers. Well the service here was great!! The server didn't hesitate to take our order and the cook went beyond and sent us with a to go box and a lemonade he paid for us!! All three of them that were there tonight did exceptional work, now that's what I call a perfect Waffle House. Great Food, Great Service!! If passing by next time we would definitely stop at this Waffle House! Thank you night shift for not just doing your job, but doing it well done!

I work in healthcare and had just gotten off work. Stopped to get a bite to eat before heading home. Got home with my order of biscuits and gravy. The worst looking and smelling biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had. Usually don’t have an issue here but they didn’t act happy to be there. Barely gravy and it looked like it was the last and they watered it down. I took a photo and will contact management in the morning. I never complain but this was the worst. I even tried a bite because I couldn’t stand the thought of wasting. But couldn’t stomach it. Tasted spoiled and burnt

As we got in the car, our 2.5 year old said, “The nice lady gave me this good apple juice, and the nice man gave me this wonderful hat.” We are thankful for the friendly service! A wonderful place to stop at 3am, and I’m sure any time too!

Worst staff I’ve ever seen anywhere. We sat there for 35 min on Friday, Oct 24th 11:30 pm to 12:05 am Had to ask for a menu. No one would Speak to us or offer a drink or take our order While standing at the waffle makers yacking or looking at his phone. Many of us had to just leave.
