Listen I dont usually do this but I literally just went through drive through an got 5 biggie bag an a kids meal took 2 second get the food out now I know why soggy fry’s an cold food I ask for sauce an got enough sauce for one nugget I have never been disappointed from yall before do better I know fast food yada yada but food expensive now a days not everyone has money to waste to eat or go get groceries yall gonna make people sick with cold soggy food that’s been sitting there

We needed a quick dinner tonight. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap and fries. There were 4 of us total, this was just my food. The fries were old and one of them was a solid crunch like a potato chip that's been fried too many times. The wrap contained grilled chicken that was hard and dry. The poor guy at the window appeared new and not really sure what he was doing. I get the feeling they're understaffed, but that's no reason to serve old food. The one photo shows me pushing on it hard. It's a solid crusty lump. I was hungry, but I won't go back.
