Been there a couple times to pick up a mobile order. I’ve stood there both times and never once got acknowledged, not a hello, we will be right with you, nothing. The place both times wasn’t busy so there was no reason for it. The first time I waited 10 minutes and they finally brought my food out. The second time I just left after about 10 or so minutes. At least acknowledge my existence and my business. I will NEVER go back there. There’s a lot better places to eat!

Some problems receiving what was ordered. Received chicken instead of beef. The situation was quickly corrected and everything else was good. I do recommend eating there.

Went for lunch, was greeted as soon as we walked in. Server was very polite. The food was okay, typical small mexican resturant fare and the home made salsa served with the chips was exceptional. Beers were served in large frosted mugs and there is a large selection on tap. The place has recently been updated (we had been there a few months back) and looks amazing. A new larger bar area and tastful decorated. Prices are quite reasonable as well, under $60 for 4 large draft beers and 2 dinner entrees.

An order was delivered through DoorDash. The receipt was correct on the bag however, the food was incorrect. I phoned the restaurant to inform them
Of the mishap. After several minutes of them telling me that is was correct, asking me my name etc…..Alex, who said he was the owner got on the phone and commenced to telling me that I was stupid. Wrong answer! As I was heading to the restaurant he called me and said that they would have the correct food ready for me when I got there. Once I arrived, I asked for my refund, which at first he refused to comply, 2nd wrong answer. After (in my way) of persuading him to give me my refund, Alex finally did. ABSOLUTELY terrible way to handle your business. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering/dining with your restaurant anymore.

Just had the worst dining experience of our entire life!! Ayalas next to Walmart is the absolute worst Mexican I have ever had! Meat was undercooked, lettuce was brown, and the Coca-Cola was flat… And they didn’t even offer to make it right or compensate us! Highly recommend staying away from this place!

Ordered Chalupa, got a regular flat taco shell, with beans and lettuce only. Side rice and beans. If you want Chalupa go to Taco Bell

Closest Mexican food joint to me. Was great some time ago, and we really liked the jalapeno tequila. HORRIBELE NOW and to add insult to injury, priced TOO HIGH. Ill drive to Knoxville for decent overpriced Mexican food before I spend another penny @AYALAS across form Walmart. GAG-YUK

Ordered over $100 worth of food. Sends the smallest bag of chips and a SPLASH of salsa. No cheese on the polo locos. Hardly any rice. It was all just chicken that was partially raw. Call to ask and this is “normal” trash.

Ordered a chicken quesadilla w grilled chicken not shredded. Order came it was a fajita chicken quesadilla onions, peppers etc. I explained I did not order/want a fajita one just the regular one as I ordered the waiter said grilled chicken comes w all this. I explained again that's not what I ordered he argued said you can't get a regular one w grilled chicken with out the peppers, onions. So I asked it to be taken off the bill and was told he could not do that. Needless to say we won't be back and won't be recommending them going further.
