Very tasty food. Friendly service. Home style atmosphere. Home style cooking like Mama used to make. Reasonable prices. Go there once and you'll go back again and again.

We stoped by for dessert. What a disappointment. Blackberry cobbler is pie crust with small pieces of blackberrys. Lemon meringue pie is ok. Store bought pie crust not made in store when you say you make desserts in house and open a can of lemon pie filling n store bought crust. Then the disgruntled waitress, We asked for spoon for coffee, had to go to counter and ask for spoon. Had to ask for forks for the desserts. Never brought napkins, asked for refills of coffee didn't bring until I paid. We felt like we were from out of town or something. Not friendly

We drove 45 minutes to come here because we heard they had a good meat & 3 selection. First off, the service was top notch! As far as atmosphere, the restaurant was fantastic, with photos of service members on the wall. The menu also mentioned they work with a local animal agency helping with homing strays. The food was as perfectly Southern as I could have hoped. Excellent seasoning, HUGE portions, and quick delivery. Finally, downtown Dayton is beautiful. Just walk around.

Good folks , good coffee, without a long wait ! I look forward to going more often now!

Bland, awful and old in every way. I think everything served is out of a can. The chicken fingers looked and tasted like they were from a bad elementary school kitchen, and were served on that plastic plate you wish you could forget. 99% of people can make better food at home.

It's a place to eat where you don't have to wash the dishes...Servers are nice. Pretty good food variety.

Very friendly nice waitress, and the atmosphere was ok. But the food was awful!! It reminded us of hospital food. The mashed potatoes were definitely out of a box and it just wasn't with the money. I hope it was just a bad day for the cook.

I thought I was going in for breakfast, but it's a lunch/dinner menu only. Very good food, though, and big portions.
