We've been here approximately 6-7 times over the last couple of years, with a pretty consistent okayish experience. This last visit recently really cemented that we probably won't ever be regular customers, if we decide to return. We give it 3 stars for the food being edible, but it's basically bread, pasta, tomato sauce with little to no flavoring. One non-pasta dish we ordered wasn't very good at all, and left it hardly touched. Bottom line 'most' of the food is just basic. Salads/veggies are very chunky and not chopped or diced well. Wait staff is hit and miss. This time, service was bare minimum- if even that. Desserts are visually very pretty and taste better than the main courses. Really hope this restaurant does better in future. We're not really ones to usually complain, but SUPER disappointed for a $50+ meal.

Horrible experience. We waited 20 mins to be seated when the restaurant was largely empty. I wondered why it was so empty on a Saturday night and now I know why. People came in, waited and waited to be seated, then just left out of frustration. Staff just ignored us as we stood there. On top of that, the food was bland and not worth the wait. Will not go again

Don't get take out they don't listen to what you want and the pizza was all soggy.

We came after church for lunch. After being seated for over 10 minutes, we had to go to the front to ASK someone to bring us menus. The "server" claimed that our table had a server, but she was "having problems". Tell me about it. I ordered a SALAD & my husband ordered a calzone. It hadn't come after waiting an hour and ten minutes, so we left. We will never come to this place ever again. It appears that they are TRYING to lose their business, it was so bad.

I got food poisoning from ravioli. But I love their carrot cake.

Very disappointed! We have eaten here before and it was amazing. This time we had to walk out. As we were waiting to be seated the lady that was at the sign in table was hateful ( don't think she really wanted to be there). She took us to the table walked off then brought back 2 silverware and there were 3 of us. She left the table we thought to go get more and then never returned. We sat for 33 min and we did not even get drinks or a look. We got up and walked out and no body even spoke.

Check your food for to go orders. Used to love this place but everytime I go it seems to get worse. Ordered some spinach and feta calzone and got a chicken stromboli.

Food was OK, service was slow considering I was 1 of 2 guests seated. Staff seemed more interested in horsing around in back then checking on tables. Will try again.

My lasagna was good but the others in our group complained about their food. The credit card machine was down and we thought we'd have to pay cash but it came back online.

Waitress has a major attitude and they failed to get a small pizza out with the rest of the meal and when we asked for a box- the waitress ROLLED HER EYES WITH AN ATTITUDE.

This place has the WORST food I have ever eaten from any restaurant. I could cook my own food at home for alot cheaper and it taste 100 times better! Shouldn't of even paid for what we got we should of just walked out. Definitely NOT worth your money or time. It's honestly amazing this place has so many good reviews or is even in business still. Shut it down! ?

It was fairly good... The pizza we ordered was tasty but didn't have many toppings on it. The bread sticks that were brought to the table left a little to be desired for me. The little zucchini fries with the appetizer was fantastic! It would be worth the trip to gondolier for that alone. The young lady that served this did a fantastic job. She was very attentive and polite. It cost us somewhere around $37 for one cheese steak pizza and an appetizer, though it was the most expensive appetizer and three drinks. So probably my only beef would be they need more toppings on the pizza and a little better quality bread sticks.Overall a pretty good experience...

Food is good, but it would be nice if you would update Google on your hours. Really sucks to drive somewhere only to find out they are closed....

Love the food here. Desserts are always delicious too! We usually dine in and the service is good. We did have a brand new waitress this last time and it was busier than usual so we had to wait awhile for our food, but it's worth the wait!

I have ordered from here three times for dinner delivered and they have always left the sauce out. Got a Giro..they left the sauce off. Got Alfredo, they left the sauce off and this time ordered spinach ravioli ( which was right) but my ceaser salad had no dressing on them and cheese sticks with no marinara. Won't be ordering from them again.
