It is Sunday lunch, Jacob Myers is out of Ribeyes, NY Strips and Sirloin. Many dissatisfied customers. Truck orders make the difference between a happy customer and one who writes bad reviews.

The wife ordered a medium steak. She got a tough well done steak with cold broccoli. She sent it back and the second steak came back with cold broccoli. The manager knew the meal was sent out incorrectly a second time and didn’t seem to care. Staff and atmosphere isn’t bad but today’s experience combined with our last trip and a poor manager tells it all. New manager needed.

By far the best restaurant in town! The fried green beans and pork chops are mouth watering and always cooked to perfection and you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! My wife and my parents love it as well anytime were in town :)

Ordered the chicken fried steak. Gravy was very thin and tasteless but they did well with their chicken.Others in my party ordered chicken tenders, which looked great. Their fried fish looked good and the hush puppies were tasty. The burgers are so large you can hardly get your mouth around it.The server never refilled drinks and didn't check on the table.Cameras watch all angles of the dining area and bring attention to the numerous water/mildew stains on the ceiling.

Stopped in on a motorcycle group ride. Served promptly and courteously. The fried green beans were especially good - one order was plenty for all 12 riders to snack onIndividuals ordered a variety of entree's (mine was lip-smacking chicken livers) and all were well-pleased and amply fed.

The food was decent, but our appetizer was given to a table that sat down 5 minutes after us. The AC vent kept dripping on my wife. Three of us ordered the same thing and each portion was a noticeably different size. And lastly the carpet was sticky and disgusting it needed either professionally shampooed or replaced.

This place is fantastic! The food is great! Thus far our weight staff has been fantastic. If you can get past the ditzy greeters, there is a lot to like about this place! The salad here is fantastic! So far, I haven't eaten a dish here I didn't like. I feel like great servers really make all the difference.

Very good food, the fish and chips are beyond expectations. Crispy fat pieces of soft fish. Best fries I've ever had. Service is just service, our waitress did everything right but seemed uninterested until we got our checks. None the less it's hot in the middle of July, I would be quick service as well. The Mac n cheese is underwhelming needs salt. Still super delicious great experience.

Excellent food with generous portions, friendly and efficient staff, with a beautiful view of the river. What's not to like? This was our third trip and it has never disappointed. We drive from the Georgetown/Ooltewah area to dine here and we are always happy that we did. On this visit I had the fish and chips while my wife had the classic burger. The fish was very fresh, crispy on the outside, tender and flaky inside. French fries were done perfectly with the right combination of crunch and chewy. The hamburger was cooked just as my wife ordered it. We always enjoy our visits here and love some time after the meal walking along the riverbank.

We stopped there for lunch during a weekend getaway, and the food and our server Felicia were fantastic. There were eight in our group, and they were able to accommodate us right away. Several of us ordered appetizers, mushrooms, fried liver, and fried pickles. Several of us had their signature burger, the Jacob Myers, outstanding. Another ordered their catfish platter and the fish covered half the plate. The portions are over the top. You certainly get your money's worth. I highly recommend you give them a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
