Holy cow! Went to pick up my absolute favorite chorizo to make breakfast burritos. Went home with a whole Kicken Chicken, coleslaw, and smoked potato salad. Peeled the skin off the chicken to make Chicken Chips in the oven later. The chicken was so juicy and full of flavor. I'll be making chicken tacos out of the left overs.
