FANTASTIC food, INCREDIBLE people. Recommend 10000%
The last two times we have been here to eat, it has taken two hours! It’s a good 20-30 mins before we are even acknowledged and then it takes about an hour or longer to get served. When it is served, it’s one plate at a time! The first person served is longgggg done by the time the last person is served. Neither time has been enjoyable due to this stress! We will not be returning.
Great atmosphere waitresses were awesome! Food was great beer was cold!

Mermaid Restaurant is a great place for dinner with friends or a date night. The food is delicious, the staff is amazing, and the new owners have made wonderful changes. Karaoke night is a must-do, and they serve yummy frozen drinks. The store downstairs is a great place to browse. However, one reviewer had a negative experience with the owner regarding a service animal, which led to them leaving. Despite this, the overall atmosphere and service seem to be positive and welcoming.
