Placed an order online through their website. I had a kid with me so I decided to do through the drive thru and was told I had to go inside when I got my food I got a sarcastic thank you and have a good rest of your day.
Dining room closed at 4:00 pm I observe 5 or more workers inside the restaurant workers vehicles parked in the parking spaces for customers in front of the building ridiculous drive through time you can actually see workers sitting down inside with the drive thru line almost around the building I timed 1 car at eight minutes at the window waiting for an order
This is a horrible place if you expect fast food like it is supposed to be. I waited 30 minutes in the line and ended up leaving because I never made it to the pay window. I walked in the restaurant and cancelled my order. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one they need new staff period. The line was all to the road around the store.
I have waited longer at this restaurant before and it is always because the people working have no sense of urgency.
