Orders were slow and then wrong. Tried calling store with no answer. We specifically told them of food allergies and they still put items on it $30 for 3 orders of fries and 2 drinks since the cup busted on one when put into cup holder. Disgusting all the young kids hanging outside and the lobby was nasty trash overflowing and tables sticky while employees stood outside on phone

We love this Cook Out! The prices are amazing and the food is always fresh. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes, and everyone I've ever encountered has been extremely friendly.

Customer service here is excellent. I’ve only been to this location twice and have gone through the drive through, but I’ve not had a bad experience with the service. However, both times I’ve gone my burger has been wrong. I’ve heard the server repeat my order and it’s right when they read it back but yet my burger is still wrong it either has something on their I asked for it not to have or it’s missing something I requested.
