Pizza Hut in Dickson has made some staff changes that have truly improved the experience. The crew is now very good, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and the lobby was super clean. The menu offers delicious options, including a great cheese pizza for pescatarians. The food is often served hot, well seasoned, and perfectly cooked, with take-out and counter service being efficient and friendly. While there are no servers and in-dining service is limited to taking your 'to go' order to a table, an employee was cleaning off tables. However, there have been occasional issues, such as the floors being sticky and tables needing to be wiped down. The pizza was cooked to perfection, but the pizza sauce was bitter. Overall, the restaurant provides a good experience with tasty food and improved service.
