On 03/09/2024 at 230 pm the 2 cooks one female one male so Thirsty can't stop rubbing and boning each other in front of customers while making our food every one in line was like get a room all ready.i asked the manager to step a side and come here he didn't it's all on video if they cameras work but wow. Really!!!!

We stopped here for lunch during our 12 hour road trip from Texas to Kentucky. A lady answered the drive thru and spoke so quickly we didn’t understand what she said. She then answered back in not a very nice way “Our drive thru is closed!”. We were confused, so we went inside and they continued to take drive thru orders after us. This kind of service isn’t necessary and set us back on our trip.

Horrible this place is a joke I asked for the crispy chicken breast sandwich well they gave me a chicken pattie on a bunch wth so wrong I took it bk in and only for them to tell me they don't have real chrispy chicken breast so I goggle it and if u goggle it its the 1st 1 that comes

This is the worst managed Wendy’s in the area. Horrible service, inconsistent quality, poorly staffed (as few as 2), and they really don’t care. I will not go here again until I see an “under new management” sign.

They are obviously having a difficult time keeping help. There always seems to be new people. On my last visit, the drink machines did not work, there were no containers for the ketchup, there was sweet tea in the container marked unsweet ( this has happened three times at this location) it really makes me wonder...if the owner of this franchise cares at all, it is hands down the worst Wendy's I have ever been to.

Counter staff acted like the didn't have a clue of what they were doing. They didn't have the salad I wanted, so I had to order something I didn't really want. There was no sweet tea at the drink station in the dining room, instead I had to hand them my cup to fill by the drive through. No one smiled..... EVER. I won't be returning to this place of business.
Closed at 10pm 2 hours before what’s listed here still had mobile ordering on apparently and now i have no money and no food I love when I get to starve because they don’t list the correct hours or all the workers decide not to stay for their shifts whichever it may be.

They close earlier than scheduled. At least that's what happened on 05/31/23. When I arrived at 11:50 p.m., the staff in the hall told me that they were closed, and when I asked what time they closed, they mockingly said "at eight". Frustrating.

Stopped in today, June 11 2023 at 2pm and they were closed. I tried again later about 9:30pm and they told me they were closed. If you're wanting Wendy's and in the area you might want to find one who is more consistent in their business hours.

So I went here and for one the drive thru is closed,the drink machine was broken , I was gonna order the fries but we could only pay with card for some reason so I was gonna get a salad but they didn't have that . So I ended up getting 2 five dollar biggie bags . They managed to burn both sets of fries and the chicken nuggets were so hard they couldn't be eaten so that left the chicken sandwich which I said just chicken and bread yet I found mayonnaise so I went to use the napkins to wipe the mayonnaise off because I just wanted to eat my food and they didn't give me any . And the store was dirty they really need to do better .
