My daughter and I stopped here on a trip. We used the self-service kiosk. Two of the same meal. We were prompted to get our cups to make our drink while we waited. We weren’t greeted, offered cups, asked if we needed anything, or even looked at. The staff had a really hard time keeping up with orders, but didn’t seem to have any urgency to get them done quickly or correctly. Once we sat down, we were fighting flies trying to eat. Despite these issues, the overall experience seems to be improving with better teamwork, but customers still face limited drink options and occasional unavailable items.
