Amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The stylist listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered even better than I expected. The environment was clean, professional, and relaxing. I never felt rushed, and the attention to detail really showed. I’ve already booked my next appointment.
Always takes forever to get food even though it says it's ready to just be walked out to us. Once, it took 12 minutes to just hand it to me. Like McD's fries are too hard to fry correctly and are soggy.
Overall this place is great. But the only thing that bothers me is when they won't change out a girls toys to boys. Sometimes they do. But on one of my visits, they promised me that these unicorn toys were unisex and refused to change them. Toys are hit or miss.
