Every single hard taco shell was broken (9 out of 9) and had very little meat on them. The cheese on the chicken quesadilla wasn't even melted and the chalupa was barely fried. Bathrooms were also dirty.
I arrived on a Tuesday evening at about 7pm. Ordered through the kiosk inside and sat down to wait at 7:04pm. The drive thru line was backed up out onto the service road. While I waited a white truck joined the drive through que. That same truck left before I ever got my food, which was at 7:30pm. A 26 minute wait at a fast food joint...do better Taco Bell! Worse service ever it was night time when I went the place was out of beef, rice and lettuce ended up taking black beans as a substitute will not be going back
