Pricey ..staff was unattentive..served biscuits burned and looked offended when asked to replace...all food was average at best and the table we sat at looked like the wall lost a gravy fight with a kid and had been there for a while....

My daughter and I came to eat and i ordered the old timers breakfast. With scrambled eggs, hashbrown casserole, bacon, biscuit, and gravy. Needless to say the eggs wasn’t done the hash brown casserole was nasty the bacon wasn’t like y’all use to have. But most of all the eggs not being done was the nasty. Y'all definitely have went down hill

They got my toddler son's food wrong twice, forgot my fries twice, brought the wrong bread side, and didn't bring plates with it. Chicken and dumplings had no flavor, and it was soup, not the usual thick stew or gravy it normally is, and took forever to get refills on drinks. All servers were helping with a large table but our server was the only one that was ignoring her other tables. I honestly can't remember the last time I didn't leave a tip at a sit-down restaurant (and I've had bad service before), but I felt literally 0 guilt doing so here.

I don't understand how a restaurant is happy with 35+ minute ticket times, but this Cracker Barrel is reliably soooo slow. We keep coming here because of the food, but may have to figure something else out if we value our time at all. Today was about 40 minutes for two breakfast meals, one of which was a sandwich!

The Shallowford rd location we ate at yesterday was the worst meal we’ve ever had at a Cracker Barrel Restaurant! My mashed potatoes were cold and was a very small portion. Everything else we ordered as sides were only slightly warm. We asked corn bread and they brought biscuits. The slaw I ordered came 3/4s way through meal. I have never had a bad meal at CB until yesterday.
