Not sure what happened. Been a while since I've been here. Pizza sauce tasted awful. Crazy bread was bathed in garlic butter. All soggy and oily all the way through. Basically, it is inedible. Could be a combination of changed ingredients and not being able to hire more staff. That makes the ones that work there do the jobs of multiple employees. More of a corporate issue and Elizabethton issue. People don't want to work so every place is on skeleton crews.

My pizza was actually "Hot and ready" and service is the only reason for slowing down things. This, traffic in the drive thru line was backed up.Parking: Big parking lot in which is combined with a furniture store, an Ace Hardware store and the TN Dept of Safety and the TN Dept of Human Services

If I could give 0 stars I would. Overall, the pizza was ok but what was disgusting is that my friend found 3 long hairs in his pepperoni pizza. It made us sick and we ended up not eating the pizza.
On this trip to the Little Caesars in Elizabeth. The Tennessee have to say that they done a great job. That have baked bread sticks was perfect, the pizza was perfect. Of course, the district manager was in the building at the time, but everything was top-notch service was top-notch now if they could keep this up all the time. The past several times that we have been. The service was not good, the product was not good. The half-baked bread was completely baked. Just service all around before this experience was lousy. I would've went somewhere else if there was any place that was cheaper.But this time around, everything was great.

Most incompetent staff I've ever encountered. You explain to them what you want, and they look at you like you're stupid, when I've gotten the exact same thing without any issues at other LC locations. First, I called, tried to order over the phone, the guy sounded really confused, changed the order when repeated back to me, I corrected him respectfully, he said he didn't understand, so I hung up. Decided, I'll just go and order in person, the girl working just acted completely incompetent. I can't deal with that kind of common sense, there isn't any at the Elizabethton, TN location. I'll drive further to a different one next time.
