I been there a couple of times and sometimes its good then its bad. There is this guy with badges on his hat, would charge me 1.80 for getting syrup sugar and even given me wrong order. I ordered a Regular coffee and a hot chocolate and he gave me two coffees. And this keeps happening with him and not the others. I hardly leave reviews but i really feel like he should be trained a little bit more better.
Hats off the the hard workers there for opening up at 7 and serving people with a smile , thanks to everyone there, you have helped us out powering the morning with awesome coffee ,, keep up the great work
I’ve always had the best experiences with the Starbucks employees in the Elizabethton store. They’re always helpful when I’m not sure what to order. They’re personable and so friendly. Thank you!
