Lady never handed my card back at the window last night and didn’t realize till today. I spent the better half of my day trying to find it and retracing my steps. Went to the store and my husband went in they told him it was there and had been moved so now they can’t find it.. about 5 minutes later they told him that they shredded it cause it’s “policy”.
Food is good when they get your order correct and dont leave out the Borounds. Its a five minute wait minimum for Borounds at the drive through Everytime though. Ive had to wait outside for 28 minutes one time, because an employee apparently quit from what I could see. Theyve kept my card before, they never made right on my missing Borounds, and they have zero regard for even the most frequent customers, closing the window and walking off wigh the customers drink they psid for sitting just inside the window. They purposely ignored me at the window. I went elsewhere for awhile, cause waiting facing the hot sun everytime and being abused to pay more money than elsewhere, is not pleasing. They make me feel like crap everytime and I wonder if they trying to set me up to dial 911 or some crap. I just wont do business with this Bojangles again. I can wait in the Big Pals line and get faster better, friendly, and mistake free communicative service, and great food, for less money and far less time than if the Bojangles had no line at all. Happened to me yesterday. No way I can ever feel comfortable going to this Bojangles again. Especially since I also go to Taco Bell right there, and recieve hassle free friendly service, and they will fawn over my doggy and often throw in a treat for her. Its a huge difference, and Bojangles has lost my trust.

Everything was freshly cooked & the sweet tea was really good. We got that big box of tenders, fries, dirty rice & half gallon of sweet tea.

I have been going to Bojangles for years and I really enjoy their food but the only thing I don't understand why do they not have original chicken they done away with it and now all they have is spicy. Everyone doesn't like spicy that's really dropped their business a lot

Like me some Bojangles Man those Bo rounds. Also just found out u can get Bo rounds as a side with ur chicken.
I was going to dine in and have lunch but after standing at the counter for 5 minutes or more and no one had even acknowledged I was there and there was several employees working so I just walked out. Some guy had ordered and was waiting to pick it up when I walked in and he still didn't have his food when I left. Chicken was sitting on the counter and not under the heat lamps.

Walked out with what was supposed to be take out. This is how many fries I was given for my 4 pc chicken supremes order. I had a second 4 pc supremes order as well that only came with 3 of the smallest tenders I’ve ever seen. Seems like the employees may have been focused elsewhere.

We went through the drive thru today, 7/8/2024 and we got 2 chicken supreme combos and the bbq sandwich. The fries we couldn’t even eat. they were over cooked too the point that it’s like they have sat there all day under the heat light. I had to repeat myself multiple times to the person taking my order. Not happy with this order at all
