I happened to be in Erwin, Tennessee, and had dinner at the Union Street Taproom, IPA - though not the Highlander IPA I wanted and thought was on tap - and a food truck breakfast burrito I didn't expect but, along with energy of patrons, made for a great evening. I would go back, hoping for Highlander and dinner rather than breakfast.
Y'all, I was here to hike and maybe stop in for some drinks but this jewel of a true taproom is now one of my all-time favorites - the hospitality and great selection of IPAs along with the overwhelmingly welcoming atmosphere will keep me coming back. Michael, the owner, is a great dude and Hannah is an exceptional barkeep. Thank y'all for making my time in Erwin a blast. See y'all again soon - especially recommend this place for hikers in the area.

Great little place to have a drink and socialize with friends. The owners are great and very accommodating. The only reason I gave three stars for food is because it comes from food trucks so is hit or miss. You should check it out.
