I’ve had so many issues with this dominos it’s not even funny, I order from here probably 4-5 times a month and 3-4 times my order is wrong. There is ONE GIRL who is always extremely helpful and always fixes my issues
But if it’s anyone else they’re always rude
This is probably the only time I’ve ever done a review or ever will, I called in today and was upset because my pizza was wrong I had ordered it with extra sauce and they sent it with basically none on it. I was told they “measured” it out but that was a clear lie. I’ll show the picture of my pizza with the “extra sauce”

This Domino’s is staffed mainly with kids. When I went in to pick up my order, I was told it was still in the oven and it would be a couple of minutes. That was fine, so I had a seat. After 3-4 minutes, the Domino’s app said it had been taken out of the oven. I proceeded to wait a few more minutes to be called for. When there was no response, I went to the counter and stood so the staffing could see I was waiting. I could see my order setting on finish rack. There were three employees working, and I could not get any of them to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter. I finally had to ask one of them if I could trouble him with a question. His reply was “yes”, and I asked him to check to see if that was my sitting on the shelf. The employee did and said yes it was mine. I understand that there are more orders than just mine, but after standing there 10 minutes acknowledge that I am in the building.

I will never give Dominos in Erwin my business again. We used a gift card that Amber got for Christmas to order supper tonight. The order was placed online, and we chose the special - any medium pizza with up to 3 toppings for $8.99 - and ordered 3 pizzas. When we picked up the order, they said they were out of medium pizzas and couldn't make our order. The employee checked with the manager, who said they couldn't help us and would refund the money. They wouldn't give us large pizzas instead of medium ones and refunded the gift card. The manager said they tried to call us, but I didn't get a call or voicemail. I told him this, and he shrugged, giving us a receipt and saying the refund would take 1-2 business days. Who ever the manager of the Domino’s in Erwin is a dick head!!!!

This franchise made the decision to no longer offer blue cheese with their chicken wings. I thought it was a joke when they told me, but it was explained that “the owner decided no more blue cheese.” I accepted Buffalo sauce instead even though I had paid for extra blue cheese in the app. Got home and the wings were not even fully cooked, and very poorly sauced. I had major diarrhea from the one I ate before cooking the rest of them myself.
They are about 1 for 20 in getting the special directions right - I always order square cut because it’s easier to share. This is a standard option in the app, but this kitchen doesn’t check special instructions until after they’ve boxed and cut the pizza. About 50% of the times that they actually manage to accomplish the square cut it had been standard cut first.
They also lie about prep time - i generally show up about 5 minutes after the pizza tracker informs me my pizza is done, and it’s often not even out of the oven - especially if it was ordered “well done.”
On a positive note, staff is always friendly and the place is always very clean. Better management and better training are desperately needed, staff turnover is extremely high - even for a pizza place.

At 11:15pm on a Friday, we try to place a carryout order and it can't be fulfilled until another day, for a restaurant that's open for 45 minutes. Change to delivery, and OMG suddenly available of course with that delivery charge. A reminder that we haven't eaten here in over a year. Ridiculous.
