We LOVE LOVE LOVE this dominos. We order from here atleast twice a month over the last 4 years and our order has only been messed up twice. And when it is messed up we call in and they give us a credit for free pizza or make us a new one. Staff is always so incredibly nice. And the food is always hot and fresh. Keep up the good work guys and don't let all these crabby reviews diminish the happy customers you have here in Erwin!!

I had to wait 3 hours for my pizza and then to top it off the pizza was cold and I got plain Parmesan bites and everything was hard as a rock and the time before that I waited 45 to a hour and they said my pizza was delivered all ready I had to go pick it up and then I had to to go back cause the still charged me for the delivery fee I love Domino's but something has to change

I am so happy we have a Dominoes in town. I come here fairly often an have no problems.Always warm an extra cheesy, and the staff is quick at taking care of your needs at the drive thru window.

I don’t know if they can’t find/keep employees but this location is horrible. i ordered through the app for delivery it said 45 mins. Watching the tracker it said my food was out of the oven for a hour before it was delivered to me and I live 3 mins away. The pizza got to me and it was cold! If you can’t handle delivery orders have your location be pick up only! Clearly this place need better management! This is not the first time this has happened.
Waited 10 minutes in the drive through and then had to go inside, then terrible customer service inside and pitiful pizza.

I have given this location many opportunities and am disappointed every time. Here is a list that repeatedly happens. 1. Food is not even closely prepared to Dominos standards. 2. Pricing is not to Dominos standards and trying to get explanation leads to rude behavior. i.e. Carry out chicken wings coupon 3. Delivery instructions not followed. One driver was yelling at a non working entrance. I have complained to corporate and encourage others to so so.

Why, when you get Chicken, which is listed under two for 6.99 is it 8.99? 10 dollars worth of food is magically 25 and it will all be wrong when you get it.
