Went in to order a coffee, could see that they had drive through orders backed all the way up to the street management could be seen in back simply sitting on they're phones the entire duration when they were asked for help with drive through orders they just laughed I will not be going back to this establishment in the future if this is how the management treats it's employees.

Went through the drive-thru today. Ordered a large iced sugar-free hazelnut latte. When I got my beverage it didn't have a single drop of hazelnut in it. Didn't smell like hazelnut and didn't taste like hazelnut. Literally just coffee and cream. I went back because I wanted what I ordered. I went to the speaker and told her the issue. She said there is hazelnut in it but I'll replace it. Pulled up to the window and she was very rude. Give me my drink, I tasted it, and there was clearly hazelnut in it. I went to hand her the old one to dispose of or whatever and she said, I can't take that have a good day and walked away. Very snarky. If I wanted two beverages I would have paid for two beverages. I wasn't trying to get a free beverage. I wanted it right. So to the lady at the window, coffee isn't that difficult and you shouldn't let your mistakes affect you in life like it did today.

I've been to Dunkin from Maine to Florida and a whole lot more, but hands down Erwin TN Dunkin is the best you will ever find!! Kinda sucks because we live in Asheville NC.

Pistachio signature iced coffee and brown sugar expresso iced coffee was terrible. It had an old scorched taste. Litter in the dining area floor. The only thing clean was restrooms. Tossed both in the waste receptacle going to car. Waste of time and money.

Traveling through and stopped here, probably the best dunkin I have ever been to. Doughnuts were fresh and soft, very very good. Service was amazing, and incredibly polite. Location was clean and we'll maintained. Just lovely from the ground up.

Since last week you can't use the app to order frozen coffee when I brought this to their attention the supervisor was rude. I have called twice and they have them app is just not updated.

Today we got a refill for our 32 oz cups an she said that she could not fill up our cups the rest of the way very rude an not nice!! We bought the bigger cups for that reason to have more an Randi the employee was very rude and shouldn't be working an treating people like that!!!
