Traveling through and stopped here, probably the best dunkin I have ever been to. Doughnuts were fresh and soft, very very good. Service was amazing, and incredibly polite. Location was clean and we'll maintained. Just lovely from the ground up.

Since last week you can't use the app to order frozen coffee when I brought this to their attention the supervisor was rude. I have called twice and they have them app is just not updated.

Today we got a refill for our 32 oz cups an she said that she could not fill up our cups the rest of the way very rude an not nice!! We bought the bigger cups for that reason to have more an Randi the employee was very rude and shouldn't be working an treating people like that!!!

Cold coffee clearly doesn't melt granulated sugar. When you order a cold coffee instead of liquid sugar they put granulated unless everytime you specifically ask. Realizing granulated sugar doesn't melt isn't rocket science. Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. A coffee business should understand coffee and how to prepare it.

Was told the register is updating. He said he can take my order for a drink, but not food. Then was asked if it was a large order and I replied no just a sandwich. Then he said Sorry, I can’t process the order but if it was a drink I could. So why ask what food I want if you can only do drinks? Very contradicting! So I then ask him how long would the wait be? He said he didn’t know. So I decided to wait, after a few minutes I was told to drive back around because I’m running up the timer. When I drive back around I see 3 other employees and a female putting in both cash drawers in. As a cashier in my teens I knew to only drop one draw at a time. But anyways they looked like they just woke up. This whole conversation sounded like what he was lying and covering for his team. I’m not a tech genius but I know if something is updating you can’t process anything. So why just a drink? Employees like this cost a business money in multiple ways. So I decided to waitWhile the system is down he can at least clean, the outside has trash. Got here March 29, 2024 at 3:45am
