rude service very slow, i waited for a very long time at the speaker box before they took my order and waited on the other speaker box ahead of the one who had been sitting there. ordered 2 ice cream cones and drove off,i didnt get a mile away and had to throw them both out the window. Horrible taste. i will not make that mistake again. get a grip McDonalds, you are letting your income go into the ground.

I came through on my way to work and I ordered a biscuit with A medium caramel frappe, extra caramel, and I got a frappe, no Cool Whip and a small tiny circle of caramel on top. Y’all have got to do better.

I asked for 2 small fries with no salt and extra HOT mustard sauce. I got 1 fry no salt and zero hot mustard sauce. I went back through the drive in and asked for the hot mustard sauce they DIDN'T give me, after conforming my order yet again, and asked for hot mustard sauce. I get home and they gave me honey mustard (I can't eat). Just trash fam. I also had an issue with a sweet tea. I asked for extra ice. They didn't give it to me,apologized and gave me a small cup that wasn't even half full of ice.

If you order a chicken sandwich from here becareful. This was in my husband's, we called immediately and he was told he could come back for a refund. There idea of a refund was handing him $5, what a joke. This literally could have killed him had he swallowed it, very sharp. Do better will definitely be reporting this to corporate.

Don’t place a mobile order and expect to get it on time. Twice now they have left me in curbside for 20 minutes then I have to go inside. Which sounds silly but when you have two small kids you do curbside for a reason. Then they tell me they lost my order despite having the order number. And forget getting a refund, discount or anything. Will not be going back.
First time here was grateful for someone to talk to in person and we came with friends and it was quite enjoyable sitting in the dining area and was not to loud

Morning shift is amazing they are all nice and make sure all orders are correct and are respectful of other people. But every time we go later in the day/Night our orders are always messed up and the people are rude as rude can be!!! Makes me so angry that I was called a liar when bringing all my food still in the bag and my receipt back in showing what was messed up. Morning shift is awesome and completely recommend!!! In the evening/ night I would absolutely not recommend it is ridiculous on how the night shift acts the girl taking our order was even scared to ask for the managers help on fixing our order!
