Order steak taco give me steak chicken and ground beef . Came to the counter, and said I wanted just steak , got a taco with just steak no lettuce and cheese . I didn’t say I didn’t want lettuce and cheese .the woman said well you said just steak you get just steak with a lot attitude . We are talking about the protein of the taco not the whole taco .

Ordered inside and was then told they were out of beef. So I asked for a refund on the card I used. They issued one but double charged me in the process. So I had 1 credit and 2 removals. Manager said there was nothing she could do.

I would definitely have given a 5 star, except for the fact that an employee acted like I was being piggy by ordering both beef and steak on my Mexican pizza. I did this because I know I like beef, but wanted to give the steak a try as well. If it turned out that I liked the steak, next time I would simply order that. Also, I entered on the kiosk that I wanted extra of some things and less of others, and that was not followed at all. For example, I excluded tomatoes all together, yet ended up with an abundance of them. I paid for extra on the steak and sour cream, and can't imagine there would have been any if I had chosen normal or less. Otherwise, the rest of our food was great. I'm not normally a complainer, but $10 is a lot to pay for not how it was ordered. I would absolutely order the steak again, as it was tender and tasty. Just not at this location.

Ordered online. Order came as requested. EXCEPT... Yes, we did request jalapeño on a crunchy wrap but not 2 -2.5 full jalapeño worth on this one item!!! The amount that we scraped off would definitely fill a 6 oz can. AND jalapeño juice had to have been drizzled over the entire inside of the wrap. And we Love jalapeño but, REALLY?!! I have pictures but site isn't providing for a picture.

I’m a regular customer that comes here alot and the way I was treated as a paying customer this time is crazy. I came in to order food and I needed to use the restroom but I was locked, I simply asked if it was being cleaned and the women up from was so rude, all she says is “we’re aloud to lock the bathroom if we want” ok fine I sit down to eat while I way for the bathroom, 30 minutes later the GENERAL MANAGER who was locked in there for 30 minutes comes out. I continue eating and I can hear the manager (mo) and the girl working up front gossiping like teenages while I’m eating. The general manager says loud enough so I can hear it “what’s it matter if the bathroom is locked nosey, people lock bathrooms at their house” I just found the whole situation rude and the immature talking and laughing at a paying customer who is 7 months pregnant and just wants to use the restroom was un nessesary. I mean what general manager locked themself in a public restroom for 30 minutes? Probably doing drugs in there or something

I'll ever eat at this Taco Bell ever again!

I've never had a terrible experience, but not all of my visits have been bad. Have they forgotten a drink, sauce, or even a taco? Sure. Was it that big of a deal? No. But last night, sure, as heck was a big deal. So, I ordered a "CHALUPA" box combo. It comes with a chalupa,  "5 layer" burrito, 1 soft taco, small fry, nacho sauce, and a drink. With that combo, swapping out meat on 2 of them, 2 creamy jalapeno sauces, 1 sour cream, and 1 apple empanda, my total was $19 and some change. The lady at the window was extremely nice. She even gave me a medium fry. What a real gem (or so, I thought). I park my car to only realize I don't have my sauces. I go back around, and some other girl answers through the microphone, and then proceeds to tell me to pull around and come in to get my sauces. The lobby is already closed by this time, so when I walk up to the door, the manager comes off a little smart and says something about the lobby being closed. I told her I knew that and then I informed her of what I was told to do, and even though I told her and she asked me who said that, she seemed like it was a tragedy for her to kindly open up and let me grab them right fast. She did let me in, and then she was somewhat nice, so thanks for that. The other girl (the one I thought was a gem), laughed at what I said when I told the manager about the sauce ordeal and what the employee said (which was extremely odd) and then she didn't even smile or anything thereafter when she looked straight at me. Okay???

The lady who spoke through the microphone came up and handed me 1 sauce (in which I let the other sauces go even though I paid for them) with an attitude, and then I left. I go to eat after getting settled back in, and what happens next? They give me 2 soft tacos instead of my steak chalupa!! That was the main reason I ordered that meal deal. I pull back through, apologize to the woman who spoke to me through the microphone, and then I wait on the other cars. I decide I want a baja blast while I patiently wait, so I get my card out, and I have it ready to give it to the cashier. Low and behold, it's the girl with the bad attitude! I politely ask for napkins and a small baja blast with NO ice! With a smart tone of voice and an ugly face, she says to me, "Here's your napkins! Then she hurries and gets the drink with ice, shoves it out the window as she says "here you go" and as I try to hand her my card, she starts to shut the window when I say something about paying for it. She makes a face, throws her hands at me, says, "Forget about it," with a sorry attitude, and then slams the window in my face!!!!!

Is that a joke??!! You forget what I pay for, and I keep my attitude sweet and golden the entire time, and yet you treat me like I'm scum for wanting what I paid for??? You should be fired! But it's fine because I caught your name, and I will be taking this up with someone higher than your manager!!! I mean... your crew couldn't even get my order right, the 5 layer burrito had chicken and refried beans and some sour cream in it, the tacos had chicken and a ton of lettuce, I don't get all of the sauces I pay for, and everyone acts as if I am the burden in this situation. It's just a poor excuse for a place. No wonder the guy from McDonald's over on the other side left out of there. He had nothing but sad things to say about that place even though I continued to give you my business. That was several months ago, too.
