I'll ever eat at this Taco Bell ever again!

I've never had a terrible experience, but not all of my visits have been bad. Have they forgotten a drink, sauce, or even a taco? Sure. Was it that big of a deal? No. But last night, sure, as heck was a big deal. So, I ordered a "CHALUPA" box combo. It comes with a chalupa,  "5 layer" burrito, 1 soft taco, small fry, nacho sauce, and a drink. With that combo, swapping out meat on 2 of them, 2 creamy jalapeno sauces, 1 sour cream, and 1 apple empanda, my total was $19 and some change. The lady at the window was extremely nice. She even gave me a medium fry. What a real gem (or so, I thought). I park my car to only realize I don't have my sauces. I go back around, and some other girl answers through the microphone, and then proceeds to tell me to pull around and come in to get my sauces. The lobby is already closed by this time, so when I walk up to the door, the manager comes off a little smart and says something about the lobby being closed. I told her I knew that and then I informed her of what I was told to do, and even though I told her and she asked me who said that, she seemed like it was a tragedy for her to kindly open up and let me grab them right fast. She did let me in, and then she was somewhat nice, so thanks for that. The other girl (the one I thought was a gem), laughed at what I said when I told the manager about the sauce ordeal and what the employee said (which was extremely odd) and then she didn't even smile or anything thereafter when she looked straight at me. Okay???

The lady who spoke through the microphone came up and handed me 1 sauce (in which I let the other sauces go even though I paid for them) with an attitude, and then I left. I go to eat after getting settled back in, and what happens next? They give me 2 soft tacos instead of my steak chalupa!! That was the main reason I ordered that meal deal. I pull back through, apologize to the woman who spoke to me through the microphone, and then I wait on the other cars. I decide I want a baja blast while I patiently wait, so I get my card out, and I have it ready to give it to the cashier. Low and behold, it's the girl with the bad attitude! I politely ask for napkins and a small baja blast with NO ice! With a smart tone of voice and an ugly face, she says to me, "Here's your napkins! Then she hurries and gets the drink with ice, shoves it out the window as she says "here you go" and as I try to hand her my card, she starts to shut the window when I say something about paying for it. She makes a face, throws her hands at me, says, "Forget about it," with a sorry attitude, and then slams the window in my face!!!!!

Is that a joke??!! You forget what I pay for, and I keep my attitude sweet and golden the entire time, and yet you treat me like I'm scum for wanting what I paid for??? You should be fired! But it's fine because I caught your name, and I will be taking this up with someone higher than your manager!!! I mean... your crew couldn't even get my order right, the 5 layer burrito had chicken and refried beans and some sour cream in it, the tacos had chicken and a ton of lettuce, I don't get all of the sauces I pay for, and everyone acts as if I am the burden in this situation. It's just a poor excuse for a place. No wonder the guy from McDonald's over on the other side left out of there. He had nothing but sad things to say about that place even though I continued to give you my business. That was several months ago, too.

Every me we go they mess up our order... I am just going to stop... like today for example I wanted no beans on my burrito and low and behold I got beans on it.

Be nice if everything was in the bags/boxes if they're gonna jack prices, of they can't simply put all that's requested then quit hiring teens and people who won't listen

Stopped by on the way home from North Carolina. We had placed a large order through the app as we were pulling in. Easily the best service I had from any taco bell. They were also the fastest Taco Bell I have ever stopped at. The food was all made as fresh as possible for a fast food taco place and was good. I wish I remembered the cashier's name because she was great. Would definitely recommend this location based off our experience.

Im leaving the 5th star because the employees are friendly and helpful.
I only wish Taco Bell would offer an affordable large beverage option. Say a large sweet tea that dont cost $2 more than the same at Big Pals. Also, eliminating breakfast
Took away half my reason to eat Taco Bell instead of elsewhere, so I havent been able to visit Taco Bell much lately.

When u come inside to eat at 1pm and it's not busy. Guy taking our order got it wrong 3 times as he was training was the management excuse. I repeated myself and he acknowledged my order but proceeds to charge me double on my card. I got a full refund. Can't even give this place another chance with always being let down

They were getting ready 2 close n 15min. We were getting dinner....I have never been treated like that on any other occasions. Attitude as soon as I asked for extra napkins. So got home I get the bags & drinks n my home. Then i noticed it wasn't all of our food🤷. I called 2 let them know but no answer. I will check my bag B4 I leave any drive thru unless I know I have what I paid for. IDC how many cars r behind me or how rude employees get💯

Ordered for dine in 10 minutes before arriving. There were at least five employees 'working'. They were all running around like they were in a panic even though the location was not very busy. We waited, and waited, and waited. They put our drinks in the pick up box and just kept running around. Not a single employee was working the register or front. After 20 minutes we started trying to find out if we would ever get our order. After 30 minutes, we demanded a refund. Employees were angrily slinging food all over the place and fussing at each other. One employee brought an order to us and told us he knew the manager had no intention of refunding us and that we should contact corporate. We told him this was unacceptable, we continued to wait. No one would even make eye contact. I assume the only way I could have gotten a refund would be to call the local police. After traveling for more than 16 hours that day, we decided to go home and report to Taco Bell. As of this writing (a week later), we have still heard nothing. I'm sure we won't get anything out of this, but in a fair and just world every single employee would be fired starting with the cowardly and completely ineffective 'manager'. Worst service I have ever received anywhere, and there were at least five other sad and very angry people who were in the same situation that night.

The workers were rude and was acting like it was a hassle to fix my food. Having worked in the restaurant industry for 10+yrs, it was completely unprofessional and whoever the night manager is they need to take more pride in their job. It's not just a paycheck enjoy what you do no matter how small the tasks are
