Everytime I seem to do an online order and I come to pick it up at the time it says to it’s never ready. I would like it if subway could send a different message saying when the food is ready incase they’re busy and can’t get to it rather than waiting.

February 6th, 2024I've been going to this subway for a couple of months now. Usually, I'll order online and hope that the sandwich will be done by the time I get there, most of the time it is, but sometimes it isn't. That's okay, sometimes places get busy, and I understand.I've noticed that when you order in person here its fine, they make a good sandwich to your specifications. When I order online, I've never had a mistake on my sandwich, until today....
